I’m kind of person that I don’t like to be right in the heart of the center but also not far from it and this is the perfect location. Right next to the river ,a few steps away from the market (so you can eat a street food) and also a few steps from the old town where everything is happening. Luci was very professional and both of the receptionist helped me with everything I need . Booked excursions,advised me for visiting ,coffee and everything. I’m very grateful and I recommend this place. Also they respected my privacy but left bottles of water next to my door with toilet paper every day ,just excellent.

Booked really last minute as our Airbnb cancelled on us and the staff were really helpful and accommodating, letting us have early access to our room. Room was beautifully decorated, modern and all the amenities you need for a short stay. We decided not to have our room made up as we were only there 2 nights but they left water and toilet roll outside the room, really thoughtful and helpful. Great location also, the markets just down the road were awesome and we were also waking distance to a laundrette to be able to clean all our clothes. Super convenient.

Very clean hotel. Stuff are kind and they helped us arrange a chartered taxi.

A nice room it is right next to the old town wall and many sightseeing is a really close walk. The room was nice and spacious. I had a little balcony which is nice to hangout. The reception doesn't seem to be 24/7 but check in was nice and easy. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Although the floor was not much, it is not wheelchair friendly. Overall his is a nice hotel and would stay again.

This is a really nice, simple, affordable hotel. The rooms are small but clean, comfortable and provide you with everything you need. Good location, just a few minutes from the center. The staff were amazing, especially Gel at the front desk. Super helpful, friendly and kind. I forgot my phone charger after I checked out and was on my way to the airport - Gel called the taxi driver to tell him and I got my charger back. Wifi is strong and reliable. Overall, highly recommended and very good value.

Really friendly and helpful staff, room is always restocked with water and fresh towels if you need them, laundry service at reception is extremely quick and cheap, location is great, walking distance to anywhere in town, comfortable and spacious room.

Just some small upgrades to the room: Shower head kept falling down so we had to tie it up with a hair bobble Balcony door handle was snapped so it was difficult to close

Room was cute and comfy and spotlessly clean the shower was lovely and big and the staff were so helpful. Perfect location just 10mins walk to the old walls and centre of chaing mai where the new yr celebrations were held in old town. Fantastic food market every night just across the road where we ate every night!!

Our balcony door was a little stiff could do with some wd40!! Plus it would have been nice to have 2 chairs and a table out there

Great location just outside old town; clean, modern. Sitting area on 2nd floor was nice but it got quite hot there in the evenings.

Would have been nice to have seating in balcony to enjoy outside in morning and evening. Would have felt more secure with safe being secured in the room - it was a portable safe provided on request

Great proximity to old town and the airport. I only travelled by foot the entire time I was in Chiang Mai for an entire week including walking from the airport to C Hotel Boutique and Comfort.

Cozy and comfortable bed, good location near old town, friendly and helpful staff, size of bathroom, hot water and shower, professional service. In general, the overall impression is decent for 3* hotel.

It wasn’t big problem, but in our rooms there wasn’t any wardrobe or shelves for 2 people (only small one) for storage our stuff.
