Everything. :) This property has everything you need. The stuff is very nice, always helpfull, trying to make you fell as comortable as possible. The hotel is quite new, with nice rooms. They offer complimentary drinks in your fridge, also they have unlimited free water bottles and coffee at the lobby and every floor. They even give you ice cream during the day :) The breakfast is very good, with variety of thai and international choices… the food is different every day. The first day when we came to the hotel they even offered a free breakfast (we were to early to check in). They also have laundry service. We would defenitely recommend and we will come back :)

When it comes to service this place exceeded our expectations. Whole term of young, kind, helpful personnel is making you feel right at home. They have very unique approach in attending to guests, what we found, to be refreshing in this world that is getting less personal by day. BED is renovated in a modern, black and white, minimalistic style, beds and pillows are very comfortable and our room was very quiet although it had direct access to pool and was right across from the lobby. Perfect location right in the old town, so everything is in a walking distance. Breakfast was always plentiful, fresh, delicious!!! Every day was something new, coffee was the best, so fare, we had in Thailand and you can come any time and help yourself with a free espresso, cappuccino…fruits, yummy rice cookies, cereal, noodles, bottled water ( in glass) juices, soft drinks. It stayed in our memory and we would stay here again if we come back to Chiang Mai. Hugs and kisses to Bobby, Rachel and the rest of the wonderful crew.

The people of BED made all the difference, their warm welcome and bright smiles literally warmed our hearts. They know what matters to travellers - comfortable bed, good shower, nighttime snacks, free flow juices, coffee, tea, water after a day out. Then, it’s a fabulous start to a new day with home-cooked hearty breakfast with pastries, fruits, local & western fare, something for everyone. It’s a community here in BED, young energetic, friendly and helpful, these are good humans! Tip, Rachel, Bobby, Nancy, Jerome and everyone else, Thank You for being so kind. Its a chic modern hotel. We had a spacious triple room, a giant TV, great bathroom with walk in shower duperb air-con and a balcony. The staff are dedicated, super friendly and a charming bunch of youngsters whom will help with whatever you need. The breakfast is cooked on the premises (partly) and amazing mix of Thai and western. Abundant choice for such small hotel. Very tasty too! They recycle bottles, that they refill, so you can have unlimited, juice, coffee (amazing coffee it is) water all day long, and fresh fruit. We even got ice-cream when were by the pool. The pool was 24c and perfect for cooling done after a hot day of sightseeing. Its an Adult only hotel and i was there with two of my young adult kids. We absolutely loved the place. If you visit Chiang Mai BED is the hotel to book!

The only tiny thing was that we had two fat pillow each but 2 of us prefer skinny pillows. I suggested the hotel to have one each so it would suite to everyone. Otherwise it was impeccable.

Staying at BED made our holiday in Chiang Mai extremely enjoyable. Kudos to the friendly staff, especially Garfield and Rachel who took the time to engage with us and going the extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We stayed on the ground floor as group rooms were located there. The hotel's concept and furniture was modern and minimalistic. The water pressure was great, the beds were comfortable, and the best thing is that they had quiet hours to make sure that all guests had a good night's sleep. Breakfast had plenty of vegetarian options to accommodate us. Food was always ready, and the staff were always there to help. Thank you once again.

The toilet got blocked on our last day there before we checked out but the staff were very attentive to this and assured that it would be addressed immediately. It would also be great if we could have a water kettle in each room so that we could have access to a hot drink at any time.

An Unforgettable Stay – Thanks to the Wonderful Staff! We had an amazing time at this hotel! What stood out the most was the incredibly warm and attentive staff. They were not only professional but also so sweet and kind. They truly cared about our well-being and made us feel genuinely welcome. From small gestures to exceptional service, the entire team made our stay extra special. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. But what truly makes it unique is the people who work there.

Truly amazing team at this place - constantly exceed expectations to meet our needs. Every morning the team spend time chatting with guests. We were celebrating our anniversary and there was a pretty bouquet prepared in the room for us. Our friend mentioned the need for hair conditioner and mini conditioner bottle appeared that night. The breakfast and round the clock drinks and snacks really blew our minds. The variety of delicious fare and tropical fruits filled our lazy mornings before heading out for sightseeing. At night, our group could chill and chat at the common dining with a nice warm cuppa. Location is great and close enough to walk around the Old Town or order a car. The place is very clean, bed was comfy, the room is soundproof - everything needed for a great night rest. Sunday night market is just round the corner. Lots of shopping, massages and restaurants.

Nothing more perfect for a short getaway with old friends.

I liked the location even though it's on the western side within the old city. The breakfast was excellent and the seating area amongst the greenery and next to the pool was very relaxing. Triple bed room was spacious with a very small private outside area. Unlimited juice, water and fruits was a big bonus. Highly recommend this cozy, very clean, contemporary hotel. Staff are also super friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

One very small gripe, needs some lighting over the mirror in the room.

The BEST hotel in Chiang Mai if you need to rest. The rooms are soundproof, the blackout curtains keep the room dark when closed, and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are also very clean and modern, and the shower pressure is great. Even though it is in the middle of the city, we couldn't hear ANY noise at all from our room! Additionally, the staff at reception are wonderful - so so kind and helpful. The location was also perfect, with cafes, restaurants, 7/11 and the Sunday market around the corner. We will definitely stay here again.

I love everything about this place. It’s such a great hotel. Love the BED chains in Chiang Mai. The room was really comfortable with a great balcony. The water, tea, coffee, juice and snacks available all day are a treat and so sustainable with the glass bottles. I organized a driver through them for a day trip and he was fab. The breakfast is different each day and always Thai specialists cooked by the chief there and so delicious. The staff are incredible. The are so kind, helpful and just generally lovely people. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of old town. Highly recommend BED! Love it here.
