Having a well-appointed condo that allowed for options to have meals 'at home' and having a washing machine made a nice change of paying ridiculous prices by resort facilities. The self check in details were precise and minimised any concerns as a solo female traveller. The handy services on the ground floor have exceptional staff and add to a wonderful experience Roof top pool, AMAZING. It has different sections as well as a couple of shaded areas to relax. The pool is staffed and kept very clean. There is a gym as well as a communal area and a meeting room.

It would be good if the pool was open for one more hour at night and some more shade options during the day.

The pool is very nice. And the gym is good compared to most hotels I've been to (of course not comparable to a dedicated gym). The rooms are spacious and clean, with air conditioning in both the living/cooking area and the bedroom.

I found the fact that the saunas are in the bathrooms quite off-putting. The men's steam room was out of order, which was not mentioned on the booking. The men's sauna was not airtight and had a draft, preventing it from heating beyond 43 °C thus rendering it unusable.

The swimming pool is amazing. The flat was very clean and comfortable.

The building is a condominium. This means there are people and owners living there and that it is not properly an hotel. We didn't meet anyone at the lobby. The lockers works perfectly to access the key and to access the building. The only thing is in case of questions or recommandations, there is no one at the lobby to answer you because this is a condominium. We didn't have any trouble though, so that was fine. But having someone at the lobby could be great.

On the 6th floor so not the views of CM which are amazing from higher floors. Limited seating at poolside and lack of shade. Not much in area, there is a 7-11 over the road but the nearest supermarket is a 20 min walk and much further to the old town. Taxis needed but easy by Grab

Clean, well furnished apartment with everything we needed for a great stay. Great accessibility and communication from the host. Beautiful rooftop pool. We stayed a month and loved every minute.

Beautiful clean condo super comfy and everything I needed. The pool was AMAZING. Gym was good. 711 across the street.

Location was a bit far from the center but only a 3 dollar grab so not a problem.

Location of the property is great and easily to get around the city. There is 7-Eleven across the street and there is a door man to greet you. We did not use the service from reception, not if they're helpful.

The bed is very hard and very uncomfortable. If you are looking for a good night sleep, this is not it unless the property updates the bed. Be aware that the property is not sound proofs so your neighbor probably can her you!! We were not able to use the pool and top deck due to facility grand opening.

The whole place is stunning. The pool wow, the view it's just breath-taking. The apartment is very cute, clean, and has everything you need. The amenities are beyond, and 30 min walk from the city center or just take a grab, which is super cheap.
