Very friendly couple who own it. A truly stunning outside pool area, just like the pictures. Very friendly atmosphere. Room was lovely and clean, nice bathroom too.

Air con could have been a little stronger, but was not an issue that would stop you from sleeping.

The property was clean, aesthetically pleasing, it had everything you need and more (+ a reaaaally comfy bed)! The host was very polite , well spoken and helpful, he organised transfers to the airport , he also rented us a scooter all for a good price too. The pool area is beautiful with so many comfy places to sit, you can swim in the pool while enjoying a breathtaking view of the mountains/ jungle . 420 friendly as well as it being super quiet , respectful and peaceful. would definitely come again and 10/10 would definitely recommend for anyone to stay 🙏🏼

A few ants in the room, but there was spray available lighting in the bathroom could be better

The properly itself was lovely - pool was small but it was always empty - the bed was hard however the room was clean overall and the bathroom was clean and the view was a lovely garden view

You could buy drinks which was convenient but the stay did not include any food you had to go out and get food - this wasn’t ideal as there is nothing around the location you had to go to where the strip was which was a 20 minute walk (if breakfast was provided as an additional even just eggs and toast it would have been convenient

Gorgeous property would definitely recommend staying here we wish we stayed longer! Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating for us! Would recommend renting a bike for your time here to save walking distances too. Room included a smart TV which was a great bonus over all thoroughly enjoyed our time here highly recommend. Amazing modern rooms and cozy villa. Great pool area. Nice and clean. The Italian owner is super friendly. There is laundry service and possibility to rent scooters at very fair prices. It has a great location in Chaweng, where you can get anywhere in no time by scooter, also the villa is located a bit away from the big road, which makes it very quiet and that’s super nice when laying by the pool.

Really great hotel, quiet area but not far to walk to shops and restaurants. The bed was so comfortable! Everything was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was really nice and relaxing. Hotel doggo was really cute.

A kettle would be a great thing to add to the room

Lovely place to stay in Koh Samui. Located on a side street so it’s nice and quiet but you do have to walk to get into the main town. The pool area was lovely and rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable! Would definitely recommend. 7/11 close by too.

I am really impressed with quality of this stay. I was able to do my fully remote work having at a time a really lovely place to stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with everything I needed, rooms were tidy, cleaning was done for 2-3 days. You can rent a bike, order a breakfast, relax at the swimming pool area, meet a lot of nice people :)! Many places to eat around, Muay-Thai gyms as well. As a for the guesthouse, I give 10/10, thank you so much :D!

The walls were a bit thin so you could hear people talking in the next room. The road to the property was often flooded, so shoes got wet
