Nice place somewhat away from the busy beach in Cha Am. Excellent rooms, especially the ones with a balcony. If you wake up early enough, you just need to turn your head to see the sunrise, beautiful. Room and balcony are big, there is a bathtub (if you need one), a router, a bluetouth speaker an espresso machine and more. Excellent breakfast, staff is an outright 10. There is a sundeck and a little beach next door, the beach is not one of the best but enough to have a dip in the ocean. The restaurant and bar are a bit pricey, there are quite a few restaurants in the village, two corners and 400 meters away, where you can get good food for "normal" prices.

+ is small and boutique with trees and quiet location, staff exceptional so friendly and helpful. Restaurant is ok but stay long might be a bit bored for eating the same menu! Luckily, I have GRAB and 7 Eleven for food and transportation service. The hotel has its own style and very clean. - location is not very easy to getting around without a private car. When asking transport service isn't easy and expensive. Nevertheless, there is a free bicycle to use but can't go too far due to security reason. Overall, love this hotel and enjoy our stay...shall be back. Best impression of hotel welcome with a buffalo and small plant to raising awareness of planting a tree for saving a planet..

the hotel should have a transport service partner to provide making our stay more convenient especially foreigners, tourists without private transportation. It needs to visit outside rather spending days only in the hotel....

its beutiful! the sunrise is just amazing, the view from the room is perfect for that! the bathtube is bog and the bathroom itself is very clean! the bed is very comfortable and the staff is also very friendly the z-weed restaurant offers great opportjnities of different food for good prices! the outside at the pool its an amazing place to stay and chill! its just wonderful straight at the beach! go there!!

Breakfast was primarily tailored to Thai cuisine, but it did offer omelets, bread, toast, potatoes, bacon, fruit, and several juices for Westerners. I was satisfied. No complaints. My Thai partner enjoyed her salad, boiled rice and fruit, and orange juice very much.

The coffee was dispensed from a machine, expresso, cappuccino, latte, etc. I would have preferred the barista coffee they served in the lounge, but it was drinkable.

It’s very relaxed, quietly upscale. Lovely staff.

It could feel luxurious if it had a remodel, it’s quite tatty now. The beach isn’t great, lots of fishing goes on so quite a few dead fish in the water and on the beach. With a smell of dead fish too. Stray dogs leave dog mess. Food isn’t great.

Superb service from the moment I arrived! This hotel is a hidden gem. I booked because they were so attentive from the moment I inquired. Amazing location, hotel architecture and ambiance is uniquely designed. The room was spectacular and spacious. Drinks and food - all great. I'll keep this place on my list next time I'm in Cha Am..

I did see a few jellyfish in the ocean, swim carefully!

This was the perfect hotel to relax and unwind after a hectic few days in Bangkok the pool area was beautiful and food and drinks were well priced. We ate mostly at the small local restaurants about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There were also lots of massage options. A great choice and we would visit again

The shower bath design wasn’t great and led to a flooded floor every morning. it didn’t really matter as room cleaning service was excellent. could be an easy fix for them and would make things a bit more pleasant

Beachfront, Small hotel & mainly Thai holiday makers. No western tourists therefore we had no problem getting a sun bed due to Asians not liking the sun. Food was mainly focused towards Asian guests & not mass tourism. Use Moo taxis... he was brilliant & didn't let us down! The Staff, even though broken English, were all fantastic! It was exactly what WE wanted.

There are alot of steps!! Starting to get a bit run down & needs some looking after & detailed attention. Some more Thai drink influences especially in the bar, like Thai whisky & local wine. Alot of dogs in the area, who seem scary at 1st but are fine. However I don't like them coming through the hotel & using the beach as a toilet. Especially as little children play in that area. I didn't realise Huahin & cha am were both so far away & required taxis, not walking distance. It'd a bit off the beaten track, even some taxi drivers didn't know of it.

Good bed & shower, beautiful infinity pool and great diversity in seats around the pool. Nice breakfast.

Away from the more crowded weekend days the ‘egg station’ at breakfast was replaced by a la carte egg orders of limited size. The walls and floor of the outside parts of the accommodation were not my taste (plastic grass).

The STAFF are magnificent. They are attentive & extremely accommodating & helpful. It's also only 3.5hrs from Suvarnubhami airport.

It's not wheel-chair friendly BUT so are most venues in Thailand.
