The hotel is very clean and spacious. Located in quiet area so you can have comfortable night sleep. The hotel related to some kind of church or Christian organization but not really an issue. The location however a little bit far from the nearest train station and you need to walk 10-20 minutes to reach Si Lom area. Or you can use Grab Bike which is super cheap. No issues with the hotel just the location not that near to everything. Nearest 7 eleven also almost 7-8 minutes walking.

We only stayed one night at this hotel and we got exactly what we expected. We were looking for a cheap one-night stay close to Lumpini Park. The rooms were small but very clean. The reception was open 24 hours and they had no problem storing our luggage after we checked out. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very small there was only space for two beds and a small bathroom. There was no fridge in the room for two people and the only option was a shared fridge in the hallway.

The hotel was better than expected. I needed a cheap place for one night, that is clean and is in a strategic location. No luxury needed. I am pleasantly surprised. It met my expectations and exceeded them. The room was small but designed in a way that made sense. The bed was comfortable. The shower- and bathroom are small but clean. The location was good for me, as it is 15 minutes from MBK Center (Siam Square), 20 minutes from Asiatique and 15 minutes from Khaosan. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The place was easy to find for Grab.

Minimal room with enough amenities for a simple stay, I’ve stayed here many times. Great location for those doing business around Sathon, close to Lumpini park and Chulalongkorn hospital

No fridge in room. There are shared fridges and microwave on the hallway. Bathroom needs a redecoration or at least a thorough cleaning. The tiles are old and the drain is semi-clogged.

Location, a bit of walk to MRT in a good weather should be ok, but in the very hot summer is not easy.

The room was well equipped and clean. The staff were also nice.

Unfortunately, there was some construction work going on one night, and there were cleaning people banging on the doors in the corridor, so I couldn't rest.

Good location with easy access to subway and near to Lumphini park. Kind staff at the reception. Clean room, simple, but with al the necessary amenities. Quiet sleep. At the ground floor there is an inexpensive cafeteria serving tasty Thai style dishes also for take away.

WIFI signal could be stronger.

It's my 3rd (or 4th?) time I stayed here. The hotel is still cozy as ever. Location is ideal for me--not so busy area but still near malls, trains, parks, pubs, etc. Great place for solo travelers like me. And at an affordable price for a single room.

Wifi remains patchy at night, esp when I have to do online work at night. Not biggie, though, as I use traveler's sim if I can't connect.
