The room was very clean, spacious enough, provided with everything they described in the app. They do make up room everyday for free wich is nice. They have a little cozy coffee shop just down the building with thai food, sandwiches, sweets and all that, quite nice. The location is a bit.....if you are a bit picky you're gonna struggle. Very local Thai and burmese area, you find nice thai food and also some burmese influences. 7eleven close, lots of places to eat, another thai brand supermarket near by.

The area is really busy all the time, take time to book a taxi always, bikes are fine. The place is very noise, you hear everything basically. And the worst thing in my opinion about this place is the internet, at least in my room, they use some kind of hotspot, very weird internet you need to log in from time to time. very slow and crushed all the time, if you are working online is not a good place to stay long term, get your data ready. They said they will fix it but basically they ignore me.

this place is great! this is my second time staying here, staffs are nice, very safe area. They allowed us to early check in, room was available upon are arrival, room is spacious and really clean. Location is great too! there's a couple of 711 in the area and a coffee shop, BIG C is also within the area

Staff was super nice. The room was definitely good value for the price we paid. Super clean, everything working well (TV, fridge, AC) and lots of space. We even had a little balcony. There is a big wardrobe so you can keep your room tidy. The hot water was working well. There is a convenience store 5 minutes away by foot.

Was a bit far away, but in Bangkok, everything is far away.

I dont lile the location is far from the station..but have public transpo so we took that only 9bath up to bts station..

Very close to some awesome food. Also the girl at the front desk spoke English well and was very helpful with everything from helping us find places to go/getting a ride set up and even made copies of our passports & ID's.. bed was comfy air conditioning was awesome and the shower was hot! Overall very happy with our stay.

Clean room, good location and good value.

So many ants were coming inside... Shower water spreads in a strange direction and is difficult to use. I hope hotel staffs to fix it.

It’s was value for money property old but serene

It’s Bangkok and it’s full of mosquitos I asked for spray or mat for mosquitos they didn’t have so had to get myself a little far from BTS station

Comfortable bed, liked the kettle for making your own drinks, very quiet location.

No vegetarian restaurants nearby. Would have stayed longer as liked the room,

The AC was too small for the room size. The location though good was in a neighborhood which shuts off early.
