Beautiful property located exceptionally close to the airport. Incredibly kind and caring staff that accommodated us for early check in and organizing airport transfer. Top tier restaurant and cafe attached to the property, that served us some of the best food we’ve had during our stay.

The bathroom does not have (at least ours) functioning fans, so it fogs up really easily. The AC also doesn’t reach the bathroom so it gets really hot in there. The AC turns off when you removed the room card, so if you go out for the day and return, the rooms boiling. Since it’s located so close to the airport, you’re technically far from the heart of Bangkok so transport options are limited to ride share services or long duration public transport. The rooms also lack noise cancelling, not the best when it’s Songkran celebrations all throughout the night outside.

Perfect hotel for a stop over near the airport. Excellent free transfer service between the airport and the hotel. Located near to supermarkets, a food court and restaurants. Good sized pool with a few sunbeds. Pool side facilities of shower, sauna and gym all clean and well maintained. Hotel feels new, modern and clean. The reception was efficient on both check in and check out. We liked having a welcome drink voucher so we could choose when to visit the bar, where we also found Happy Hour with half price cocktails. We will definitely be booking this hotel again.

We thought the road very difficult to cross until we found a traffic light controlled crossing next to the Toyota garage and Paseo Mall. Buffet breakfast fairly average.

Location. Airport shuttle bus. Price. The hotel has everything. But if you have old people or a kid with you should ask them to arrange you near to the elevator otherwise you get put to the location that is far away. Airport shuttle service is fantastic it is really easy to get and when you reach to the airport you can easy see their staff standing at the gate door that they told you. Location is fascinating there is a mall right across with food court so you can get your food very easily. Don’t go to the local food market a bit further ahead there is not much to eat if you are someone who wants to eat sanitary food. Price: comparing to the marriot hotel next door this is really a big plus and very good place to stay for a short night near airport.

They arranged us into the corner of the hallway. The smart tv kept connecting to other’s YouTube account and very unsafe from a data protection perspective. Imagine others has access to your account from the tv from their room 😱. They need to have separate WiFi account on each smart tv to avoid this

This hotel is a great option for Bangkok airport, it's not far and it felt luxurious, clean and restful. The hotel shuttle was exactly on time, and the shuttle was pretty easy to find. Even in bad traffic it only took 20 minutes to get to the hotel, and in good traffic the next morning it was 7 minutes back to the airport. We had a 2 dbl bedroom suite, which had 2 bathrooms and a sitting room/kitchen w washing machine. Plenty big and the price was reasonable for us. We chose breakfast on-site and it was superb, big choice and made to order eggs in a variety of ways, plus Thai, Indian and European options. If you wanted to go outside to eat, there are plenty of options around the hotel, and it's not far (6min walk) from a mall with a big t-beauty store and food court including international and local outlets. Swimming pool is a treat and is open from 6am, which means you can dip before even an early flight.

Only one thing - if the aircon could have been on in our room prior to us going in - even if they would put it on when we started check-in or got on the shuttle, would have been great. Similarly an insect repellent system would also be nice.

I’ve stayed here. Few times, feel very lucky to have found quiet s luxurious transit hotel at a decent price. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is really delicious and plenty of choice. Outside pool area a real treat, river at bottom of garden, gardens kept immaculate. I ate in hotel restaurant for evening meal the food was again delicious. Free transfers to and from airport. (However on arrival at Bangkok I waited in designated area for 40 mins after tube shuttle bus due. It was chaotic, traffic wise and I had no signal to contact hotel. I ended up going downstairs and getting private taxi straight away for 200 baht. But transfer to airport was ran very smoothly. I would happily stay here again, I also feel it’s nice enough to stay longer than a one night transit stay. There is shopping mall over road with lots of shops and eateries.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff couldn't do enough for us. We stayed on 2 separate occasions for 1 night each as we flew in & out of Bangkok to other destinations. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable Their breakfast was great with a lot of choices. It's in a perfect location with so much within walking distance, and also close to the airport. The airport transfers were always on time and the drivers were excellent.

The traffic noise was quite loud. We were in different rooms for each stay, and it was just as loud in each room. But, for 1 night and it being in a central location you can't really complain.

The room was spotless and well maintained. We stayed only for one night as we had to catch a plane early the next day. Great for a night's sleep. Great breakfast in an amazing restaurant.

Some noise from the street was inevitable even though we were in a high floor. The main disadvantage was the poor communication with the staff arranging the shuttle as they didn't advise us well as to when the shuttle would stop for the day and didn't make a lot of efforts of finding a solution for the next day so we ended up taking taxis instead to be on the safe side. This part was unexpected as the hotel had a clearly designated guest relation manager.

The hotel is in an excellent location for the airport either for arrival or departure. The hotel also provides free shuttle pick up and drop off. We stayed for 2 nights prior to our return to UK. We had included breakfast, which had plenty of variety to choose from. Strangely no bananas on the fruit offering which was a bit strange in a country that grows them! The hotel has a pool & lawn area which was nice to spend a relaxing day, but really could do with more sunbeds considering the size of the hotel. Although on a busy road, laying round the pool it was really quiet, with bird song, feeling you were in yhe countryside. Couple of shopping/food malls within walking distance. Would certainly use again if flying into Bangkok.

Hotel is set back from the (busy) road, and backs on to a river so was peaceful and comfortable in the room. The rooms were large and comfortable, and there was free parking (if you drive). The hotel is not in a central, tourist-focused area, but if you need to be on On Nut in that area, the location is excellent with many shops and restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk, and a short (15-20 min) drive to the airport.

Wi-Fi was unstable and kept dropping off from both my phone and laptop, which was annoying. Breakfast was ok, but not great - however plenty of other options within a few minutes walk.

This was a great affordable hotel with a shuttle service to/from the airport. Nicely sized rooms with a mini-bar and conveniently across the street from a commercial center/mall. The mall has a nice Tops grocery store and some clothing stores that allowed me to replace some things that were wearing out. We enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant which just added to our pleasant stay. We highly recommend this hotel with its convenience to the airport and the hourly shuttle.

The very grumpy man at the airport that is supposed to point you to the shuttle was kind of tucked away among the barrage of signs with people's last names. We completely missed him and his Park 9 hotel sign. So if you start seeing lots of limo drivers with name cards keep your eyes open and expect a difficult person to deal with. By the way, DO NOT wait outside where it says "hotel shuttles". Cross over to the next island where it's more chaotic and watch for him to show you the shuttle once it arrives. The shuttle is a van and labeled Park 9 Hotel and seats 8 people. The over the sink single light in the bathroom. It is dim and casts shadows making makeup or shaving difficult.
