The property is very near to iconsiam and many public transport stations. Room is comfortable and clean. They also have a paid facility to wash the clothes and have an outside bathroom and toilet.

Only thing I would say is that when we came early and requested for early checkin, even though the room was empty and they had it, they asked to pay extra 700 baht for 6 hours early checkin. As per my experience generally hotels allow free early checkin on the courtesy note but may be not all. Anyways the checkin was smooth and good.

The staff were very nice. Great location. Short walk to BTS station and Icon Siam. Lots of places to eat next to the hotel. 7-11 right outside the hotel. Not on the main road so not too noisy. Room was very clean. Enjoyed my stay.

Location and value

I like the location of this hotel, how everything designed inside and hotel service as well. This is a new hotel located not far from the river. There was no river smell which can be quite stinky during the rainy season. Everything is new and very clean inside. Room service is also perfect. Water quality is good as well. Near the hotel i discovered around 5 massage salons and lots of small and big restaurants. Two shopping malls are also in walking distance))) Also, what I appreciated, they extended my check-out time for free. I made a bookmark to return there for my next trip.

I really regret that I should return to my country so fast.

It was a centrally located place which was a big plus. We just needed a place to keep our bags for a few hours and rest up a little and then fly back so this was just perfect, good price good proximity to the airports and the shopping malls. The host was very friendly and kind.

Nothing that i can think of at the moment. Its a value for money kind of place.

Room is clean and got city view, Nice bed and comfy , has middle size of refrigerator. Its high building but no worries elevator is available. Staffs are friendly and helpful. You can walk to Icon Siam big shopping mall. Nice entrance space big enough for that area. Love the most is plenty street foods restaurants along the main road. 7/11 just walk 5 mins from hotel. If you like to travel Bangkok oldtown side this is the right location.

It is spotlessly clean. The linen was perfect. The room (top floor, with a view to a small neighborhood mall called Senafest, and a view of the khlong or canal that flows into the Chao Phraya) was bright and sunny. It's a few seconds from two 7-11s and two minutes from a good breakfast place (Théo's Cafe). The staff are helpful, and they communicate well online. You could walk along the canal and have a beer in the Ibis and watch the boats. Recommended.

Location is good. There are restaurants nearby and a 7/11 store. Sena Fest mall is walking distance. There is also a bank located across Sena Fest. Krung Thonburi station is 10-min walk from the place. IconSiam is 2 stations away (Gold line). Toiletries, towels and water were provided. (can't remember if it's daily) :) The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Nothing really. We just noticed that there were ants on the bathroom and we don't know where they came from. It's not really a big deal for us.

Liked everything about the apartment. You have there anything you might need. Also there are lots of food stalls and restaurants in the area. And it's pretty quiet around. The staff is very helpfull. I would totally recommend it, and hope to return there, whenever I'm in Bangkok.

There are no utensils, but you can easily buy whatever you need with two 7-elevens nearby (one right around the corner, the other - across the road).

The location was great, it was clean, two bathrooms, large fridge, balcony, modern. I recommend it for the price, location, cleanliness and value. It included cleaning and toiletries and the staff were nice.

The eftpos machine didn’t work, so we had to pay cash. The kitchen had an electric cooktop, but no cooking equipment, no utensils, no plates or bowls. It only had tea cups and saucers, tea spoons and drinking glasses. The bedrooms had glass doors, with no curtains, so there was not much privacy. All it needs is a few cheap things for the kitchen and curtains, besides that it’s great.
