Cleaning

I lost my entire shopping bag from my room. What they were explaining it as poly bag. It was heavy and very much understandable that so many souvenirs were there. Still they were telling that it was in poly bags. In the cctv footage it was clear also that the cleaning staff took away the bags. Even after that they were asking for cash memos, pictures and blah blah … I asked them do you take pictures while you purchase anything and do you keep all the memos and does chatuchak market provide memos ? Then they couldn’t gave any good answers. Lastly they gave me some compensation which is less then my actual costs. So be aware of their cleaning staffs

- great breakfast - pool and fitness area were nice - shower - location close to metro station - supermarket across the street

- The hotel requests a deposit of 1000 Bath, only in cash. We found this a bit annoying as this was our last stop before going home, and we did not want to have cash left when going home. We would have wished for more leniency here. (Also, this was the only hotel that asked for a deposit in Thailand during our 3-week stay).

I like the breakfast selection and it was reasonably priced (I didn't include it in my booking). Close to 7 eleven and tops convenience stores. There were a few restaurants nearby. The subway was about a 10-15min walk which wasn't a problem for me and from there I could ride to Makkasan and Phetchaburi stations. Bangkok traffic can be terrible so plan your arrival between rush hours if you can (traffic can still be an adventure). They staff were very pleasant and helpful. I like the layout and design of the place. The room was really comfortable.

The gym could be better but, that can be typical of a lot of hotels.

The facility is good and there are snacks and juice in the lobby. The breakfast is good and there are some delicious restraunts nearby.

I booked the room for 9 days but checked out to Pattaya after 6 days. In the beginning, I planed to leave the room card at the reception and checked out automatically, but the receptionist told me that it would not be easy to get my deposit. So I checked out, but I came back earlier and cannot re-check in for my room, without any refund of the money. They never mentioned or reminded that I cannot re-check in and thus let me lose money.

I would stay here again and recommend this to anyone. 1 - Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped secure a cab for me at a good rate for 5AM in the morning. Note that Grab for cars isn't reliable early morning or during busy times. 2 - The room was spacious and clean. Looks exactly like the photos they post. The housekeeping aide kept the room clean when requested. 3 - Location is pretty good. It's a bit of a walk from the MRT Blue line but at least it's accessible. There's also a McDonald's and a Korean fried chicken place on the way to the MRT station. I took the Airlink and the MRT to the hotel and it's way cheaper than a cab/Grab. Also, there are 2 nearby 24-hour establishments: 7-11 and La Bonne Cafe. 4 - Water bottles. I don't think I saw a review mention this but they have free water bottles! You can take some before you head out or when you return.

1 - The Wi-Fi is a bit weird. YouTube didn't work on my iPad for some reason. It would also cause some pages to not load properly. I'm not sure why but it does generally work fine. 2 - They have a module that you can select whether housekeeping should clean your room or not. It works but it emits a high frequency noise whenever something is selected.

The hotel was good, very kind staff, location is also fine, there is a 7 Eleven right opposite the hotel, water is available freely in the lobby. Complementary drinks available in lobby, they were extremely kind to keep our luggage for 2 days when we checked out and traveled to Krabi to come back again Also accepted a lower deposit since we were short on cash, especially because we were not aware there will be a deposit Concierge is helpful to drop you on the main road in the hotel’s tuk tuk. Breakfast was nice and had enough options. Iron and weight machine available.

We didn’t know there is a deposit policy of 1000 Baht, although they are ready to accept it in your home currency as well. The water in the sink does not have hot water

Everything is nice to the hotel and staff is really friendly to the customers . They will let you know all terms and conditions with patient explanations , especially for something important to notice. Please be noted that 1000 baht will be paid for deposit upon approval and only cash payment will be accepted. The Room is big enough as there I booked the King bed which is really comfortable to sleep. Also there is a 7-11 convenience store located opposite of the hotel so that you can buy something easily

Hotel location is kinda far away from MRT Sutthisian station , it will be taken 10-15mins by walk. But is okay with me and still acceptable. All hotel room for smoking strictly prohibited, for smoker it must be go to downstairs for the smoking break lol I think this is the only thing for improvement;-)

Clean and everything you need. Free water through out the whole time and staff are so nice. Really would recommend. Pool was very nice but cold which is nice when very humid. Location is next to the blue line met so easy to get in to the centre for around 35 baht one way.

Location is little out from the main city but thankfully doesn't have all the traffic of the main city , just be prepared to take alot of public transport.

Everything was great. You can watch tv in the tub next to the bed, this was the highlight for us. The doormen are friendly and helpful. The whole hotel is really modern and comfortable. Very good mattress!!

The pool was not open to the outside like it shows in the pics. I understand this is temporary but they should let you know that this is the current situation. For us, the pool was quite important deciding where to stay. Also the room was modern and very functional but not really really clean under the furniture or in the corners, it was only superficially clean. Reception could speak better english. Also important, you have a huge Smart TV but with only local cable channels which don't really work due to poor connection. So it wasn't Smart TV.

Check in was smooth and early. Room was very clean, cosy, everything was functional. Aircon worked well. THere's slippers, bathrobes etc. Enough glasses for water and hot drinks. Free bottled water at reception and daily in your room. Only small gripe was i had to log into the hotel wifi everytime I came back and sometimes got disconnected at night. Otherwise it was a perfect stay. Ordered room service - thai food wasnt good and took 30min for 1 order and coffee. Didnt check out the pool. would def recommend this hotel.

Wifi - had to log in each time I came back from outside. Noise from other guests but not the hotel's fault.
