The Hotel is really new, comfortable and in a really quiet area. We took the Suite Executive with bathtub, the room is very spacious, provided with TV, kitchen, fridge, iron board and washing/dryer machine. Great view from the private terrace to the swimming pool and the city. At the hall floor we had the pleasure to try their nice bar “Paradiso” where we enjoy, with a discount gifted from the direction, our early arrive at the hotel respect the check in time. Just at the corner you can find a commercial center with Coffee shops and a supermarket. The staff is really kind and they will help you anytime since your arrival until your departure from the hotel. Special thanks to Pat, Yn, Bank and Fah.

They could leave some laundry soap doses in the apartment that have the washing machine, at least for short stay.

Pets should not be allowed in the hotel, I dont hate pets, but I can always smell dogs when I want to take the elevator, and its smelling. Ant problem is serious, I can find them everywhere in the room, they crawled through the cracks in the wood under the window and all over my luggage, covered in clothes. No doubt, the whole wall is full of ants, you better resolve it.

The rooms are perfectly clean and very spacious and modern. Although there is no view there is a balcony for a bit of fresh air. The staff are fantastic, greeting you whenever you enter the hotel - especially the outside security guard. There is also a food drop area if you want to order anything from Grab/Shopee/Foodpanda. Perfectly located slightly outside the hustle and bustle but with good transport connections and plenty of nice bars, cafes and restaurants nearby.

- The location is one of the best since it is close to both sides of Bangkok city, old and new. Although it is not adjacent to any BTS stations, Shama is close to the main street and it is quite easy to hail a cab. - It is within walking distance to many nice restaurants, cafes, and a big supermarket. Perfect for your rest days or quick grabs of food or amenities. - The room is quite spacious considering the price and location of the hotel. It is comfortable and definitely exceeded my expectations for a place to sleep since I mostly spend my time exploring the city. - Laundry room and working space are nice touch even though I never used them.

An encounter with a staff member who fell short in projecting friendliness when helping me extend my stay here.

The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. They ordered numerous taxis for us and provided recommendation on where to go. The room was very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and shower with a small balcony.

The location of the hotel is very far ( at least 20 mins by car from Chinatown or an hour by metro). The cafe adjacent to the hotel while you get a discount on food is expensive and average.

This 4-star hotel was a pleasant surprise! The room was modern, clean, and packed with advanced technology, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. While the location is a bit far from most attractions and lacks nearby public transportation, it’s perfect if you have a rental car or don’t mind using taxis or Grab rides. We also requested a high-floor room in our booking, and they accommodated us, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

No neat public transportation

We loved everything about the Shama Yen-Akat and I can only recommend it to anyone. We stayed there 3 times during our trip and it was amazing. The rooms are very clean and I love their concept and details. Everything is thought through and there is plenty of storage room, a good kitchenette and the beds are super comfy. You can change the light concepts and this hotel made us really feel comfortable and home. You get a lot of value for your money. They have balconies as well. You’re in the middle of the city within a 15 mins taxi ride, traffic can be tight though. Close to the hotel you’ll find a Starbucks, a great supermarket and ATM. There are restaurants as well. The highlight was the extremely good concierge service. Mink and the team are absolute stars. Mink remembered us and we got a great welcome every time. He organised taxis and recommended places to go. Gym is good as well and you’ll find towels and water there.

Pool was more on the cold side but great area to hang out.

It was actually the first place and one of the best hotels we stayed at whilst in Thailand, were only here 2 nights before we moved onto Phuket but couldn't fault the hotel. Rooms were a great size with very nice spacious bathroom, massive walk in shower big enough for both of you easy ;) all well lit in a very modern finished sleek room, you can tell the quality and finish of it all is top notch. Was handy having the big smart tv, we used it to screen mirror late in the evenings and worked great. Balcony small but fine, location out of the centre by about 30min grab but up to 45min or longer peak traffic, that's the only thing that let's it down. Walking distance from lumphini park which was beautiful, we liked being slightly out of the main centre which was hectic. Highly recommended this hotel in itself for the quality, comfort, cleanliness and friendlyness off the staff, Food in the cafe was also amazing
