Location wasn't bad, owner was polite and helpful sorting out our problems.

When we arrived I signed a document to say no smoking in the room, this was fine as we didn't smoke. When we got to our room the smell of smoke was almost unbearable, it stunk. The bath didn't work, shower was leaking all over the floor leaving around an inch of water in the bathroom. They was refurbishments ongoing on the roof top garden so we couldn't go up, The rooms are very dated and need of refurb. No other rooms were available so i asked to speak to the owner who was very helpful and polite (she spoke perfect English) she fixed all the problems in the room and gave us free breakfast the next morning which did help us with the disappointment we had occurred.

Hotel Rongratana’s is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco --friendly terrace with a warm hospitality specially Ms Mook. A beautiful place and makes us feel -at -home. it is great location to me and safe for family close to many high brands shopping malls and restaurants rooms space is very good and bathroom toiletry are very clean i had a great experience during my stay there. all the facilities to fulfil our needs. . And also not forgetting to mention about the management, Ms Mook she was very helpful specially when my son fall when he was playing and she come immediately bring with her the first AID kit and she acted quickly to help stop the bleeding and called an ambulance do everything in a very professional way While we were in the hospital, she was following up with us. After my son's treatment ended, a vehicle was sent to pick us up and return to the hotel As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again. Ms Mook, Mr Fah and Ms Dee thank you so so much ..

The location is amazing and easy to find taxis and there is lots of restaurants and small mall opposite to the location. Not far away from nana Street. Place is safe. The reception staff was amazing and helpful and smiling.

They have shared washing machine which you have to wait alot. The kitchen facility need to be renewed. We had sink in the toilet which not working I think they need to work on that as well. But overall was good stay.

Reception is open 24/7. They had all the paperwork ready, and when we arrived, everything went very smooth. It is very close to Silom, Central World, Lumpini Park, and Siam Paragon. Small 6 floors building with around 5-6 rooms x floor. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The aircon works very well.

Furniture is quite outdated. Fixtures in kitchen and toilets are loos or broken. There is a visible lack of maintenance. Something very noticeable in the lifts. Access cards have the name of the hotel and the room number printed on them. If you lose it in the street, anyone can access your room. Also, if you lose it, you need to pay 200 Baht. The swimming pool are in the roof top has barely a place were to sit. The area is very small.

The room was so well-equipped - it would be perfect for long stays as it had excellent storage facilities and brilliant cooking and eating things like toaster, rice-cooker, plates and glasses etc. The room was really comfortable with a sofa and separate reading nook by the window. The location is so good - right across from a centre with loads of bars, restaurants, and cafes - it's not a cheap area, but it's extremely comfortable and accessible. It also felt really safe. Mostly I really recommend staying here for long-stays - I was extremely envious of the storage and kitchen facilities.

Location is superb. 5 mins walk to BTS Ratchadamri (ask the receptionist for direction, use the Sexy Cow Restaurant path). 10 mins walk to BTS Chit Lom. Great restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, and supermarket right across Rongratana (at the Sindhorn Village). 6 mins walk to an indoor playground for kids (Harborland) and 7-Eleven (at the Sindhorn Midtown). Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. All facilities are working properly: Wi-fi, ACs, TVs, Washing Machine, Dryer, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer.

Property and staff is wonderful, closeby to many shops , coffee shops and a short 10 minute walk to major shopping centre, lots of food options within 10 minute walk

My only negative was the policy is a no change of mind or change of dates without losing full payment My plans changed and I could only come for 2 nights instead of 3, Arriving a day later than scheduled but I still had to pay for the 1st night even though the room was vacant. Unfortunately this would be a consideration in me booking this place in the future

The location and size of the property was pretty good.

Staff were misinformed, and were trying to charge for any small extras - including a 2 - 3 hour late checkout. We wanted to purchase breakfast but was not available as claimed.

Located within the diplomatic quarter of the city, very safe and well observed area. Within walking distance of main shopping malls (15 Minutes), 3 Minutes to the Skytrain (Ratchadamri) via a small side street directly near the hotel (behind the "Sexy Cow" steakhouse). Supermarket opposite side of the road in the basement of the Kempinski hotel. Rooms are spacious, the apartment was well equipped with everyting you need for a family stay (2 Bedroom Apartment). Great WIFI.

The interior is old, used and partially not properly maintained. Faucets fell apart, the exhaust hood in the kitchen was extremely greasy and sticky, the fridge was partially broken and unclean, as was the freezer (broken ice cube maker). The apartment was extremely noisy, it was impossible to sleep without earplugs due to the disco and party noise from opposite the building. The stairwell door on the ground floor was locked (emergency exit!!!) and if you use the lift without a room card it goes up instead of down when pressing the ground floor level... not very safe in case of emergency.

The bath and showers very difficult to use. this is due to the fact you have to get into the bath to get around the glass partition to reach the shower taps and controls thus ending up wet with cold water before the shower settings are ready for use. we did mention this to reception. the bath is also high and deep and some people will struggle to get in and out. Also the air conditioning units could benefit from there being a user manual available.
