The whole place was amazing, from the staff, rooms, premises, the pool is very big. There is super nice cozy garden that you can use whenever you want to hang out, for fresh breath or to smoke. Mostly we have used taxis to move around Bangkok. Location is not quite perfect for a toursit visits, as it requires taxies to everywhere, but the place is amazing.

There are windows that do not open, which makes it very hard to refresh the air inside the room without pumping up the AC, which is pre-set at 23 degrees and it's super cold, you can either turn it off and on, but no way of managing the temperature.

The property is great, smells nice, good rooms , lovely pool and is connected to Kings Power mall. The buffet breakfast was nice (if bread and cereals are fine for u.)

There are only 2-3 options for vegetarian food, so we had to look around. The area also has limited vegetarian food. It's close to BTS but still a 10 minute walk atleast so hailing taxi (Grab) is the best option if you are pressed for time or don't want to walk. Despite this, we will be happy to stay again as we loved the vibe.

We stayed at the Pullman King Power on the final night of our two-and-a-half week trip around Thailand, and it truly felt like the perfect send-off. The hotel is grand and spacious, with a sleek, modern aesthetic and warm, attentive service that delivers a proper five-star experience. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a huge variety of fresh, beautifully prepared options. Our room was extremely comfortable, with excellent facilities and a standout bathroom—genuinely some of the best plumbing we’ve ever come across, with abundant hot water and pressure strong enough to blast away a fortnight of travel fatigue. The pool was a peaceful oasis, with just the faintest hum of city life in the background, and the gym and post-checkout facilities made everything feel generously guest-friendly. It was also well located for our needs, just a short taxi ride from the airport and within walking distance of MBK.

There’s honestly not much to fault, though it’s worth noting this was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our time in Thailand. That said, it felt absolutely worth the extra spend for a night of comfort and calm in the middle of Bangkok. If you’re after characterful charm, this leans more toward polished efficiency—but that suited us perfectly at the end of a long trip.

The pool is clean and spacious. The bar beside the pool was lovely - both food/ drinks and staff. I asked for a quiet room with a garden view and the hotel designated the right one for me. The room was clean and quiet. And the bed was super comfortable. The hotel is located next to the duty-free shops and shopping malls. Easy access to 7/11, which all are pretty convenient. But it's still in a little quiet area and you are free from BKK noise. All the staff I encountered in the hotel were so lovely and helpful.

When I made a booking with booking.com, with my booking, I was also offered 20% off on food/ beverage during my stay, but when I checked in at the hotel, the staff told me it was an error and they never heard such an offer. It may happen due to miscommunication between the hotel and booking.com. Not a major issue, but wasn't very impressed. If you are planning to use the airport link train - mind you, the journey isn't as easy as you think. It's about 10min walk but can be a little tricky with a suitcase.

The breakfast is excellent. The staff are outstandingly polite and attentive. The hotel is superbly clean. Linen is comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are convenient, wide with sufficient accessories. The cleaners are very polite and diligent in their work.

There was no form bath for the tub. There is only shower gel stuck in the shower. It is important to put separate gel for the bath. I asked from house keeping and it was never delivered despite the promise.

The friendliness of the staffs....

The Hotel is pending for a revamp.... The AC temperature seem out of control... The Hot Water suddently turn cold !!! The biggest trouble if needed to get around as the nearest bts station Victoria Monument is a distance away, especially after 8pm when King Power Duty Free is off...... Breakfast seem no improvement since 5 years ago when i first checked in....perhaps someone need to look into it. The only reason that make me chosen this hotel will be the special offered price !!!

From check in, PK is friendly and accommodative. Helped keep our luggage while we went out before check in time. Even gave us a slightly later check out. Pool facilities & bar was superb. Very clean. Very good staff. The room was to die for. Huge comfortable bed. Bathtub with salt provided. High quality amenities. Breakfast spread was great & delicious. The hotel’s connected to tax free King Power mall and about 15 mins drive to Platinum mall, etc. Overall, I would definitely repeat a stay here

It’d be better if the TV offered netflix or more english channels. The TV did have an option to mirror your phone but it’s only limited to android devices.

Staff are great! Didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looks lovely. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great hot chocolate 😋

Food wasn’t great, for the price. Had to go round in circles to enter & leave the hotel because the direct entrance was closed because of the King Power Mall.

We were given the room at the old wing and many issue when get into the room. After complain, the Duty Manager kind enough to upgrade our room to the new Wing to solve the issue. Thanks to the good arrangement.

Overall the Hotel run down probably due to COVID, the breakfast still acceptable but not as great as 5 star level. The major dissapointment is the free shutter tok-tok service has been discontinued making the access to the Hotel thru BTS Victory Monument very inconvinient.

The staff members were all incredibly helpful and polite. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. It was a very enjoyable stay. If you’re interested in purchasing some duty free items, there is a shopping complex next door! Literally takes you less than a minute to get there. The shopping complex also offers airport delivery service, so don’t worry about not being able to fit everything into your suitcases.

One minor critique of the hotel is that you can’t really walk to a famous street or famous attraction. You’d either have to rely on the BTS system, Grab, or taxis. To some this may be a plus however. It’s all about what you prioritize.
