The location was great, very close to shopping and night market

Rooms were a little on the smaller side, but value for money, especially if you don't plan to spend a lot of time indoors

I like that it's near the pratunam market and Platinum mall. I just do hope that they have contact for tours, drivers, so it will be easy for those airport transfers and those who like to do city tours . The staffs are friendly nad helpful. Rooms are Generally clean, just a little comment about some sides of our room wall as it seems has dirt but can be cleaned with thorough brushing. And rhe toilet floor sometimes it was clogged. But all in all we enjoyed our stay there

The location is very near the Pratunam Market, food choices were plenty, and getting to/from the hotel was a breeze. The hotel staff were very friendly and warm, and our requests were always met without any problems.

The bathroom sink was clogged most days, but the staff were very helpful in helping us each time we told them. There is not much room to put your clothes or things either in the bedroom or the bathroom which was inconvenient - there was only 1 small, open wardrobe to be shared, and 1 hook in the bathroom, no other shelves. If you stay for more than 3 days, it could be frustrating at times figuring out where to put your clothes/not getting your things wet in the bathroom.

The rooms were very basic but comfortable and had everything we needed. It is located near multiple massage places, market and shopping malls. The best part was the staff. They were exceptional. They were very friendly and always ready to help when we needed them.

The noise in the morning. The doors being shut rather hard causing someone still asleep to jolt, and the loud voices. Could be from other guests or housekeeping getting in and out of the other rooms, I don't know. But it happened most days if not all of our stay. So don't keep your hopes high on any chance of sleeping in.

Staff was nice and the location is really in the middle of the Pratunam, close to everywhere. a bit of homework if you drag your suitcase from the train station to the hotel because it passes through a crowded market. Near the hotel there is also a laundry so it's easy to wash clothes. everything is here

You must deposit 500baht for one room, luckily i had cash available and must extra asked for Waterheater and Hairdry Really small Bathroom

Great location and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Kettle and hairdryer available upon request from reception. Two complimentary bottles of water provided each day. Customer lift available. The bed was ridiculously comfy and the best of my trip (stayed in 5 hotels along the way).

The shower was over the toilet so the entire bathroom got soaked every time I showered. A full length mirror and a vanity unit would have been helpful (and there was space for them as well).

Didn’t take breakfast in the hotel but I am impressed with the locality. It is a safe and quiet area, no fuss and not shady at all. And you have platinum mall, pratunam all nearby. The staff is friendly. Room is little small but comfortable and clean and the bed is cozy. The bathroom is attached with the room with hot water facilities and complimentary toiletries. Overall, I would recommend anyone for this hotel.

Hotel was basic but clean. Staff was very helpful and kind. Location was fantastic. You could walk to Pratunam market, Platinum Fashion mall, Big C, street foods, foot massages and etc. You could walk, taxi or tuktuk to go to places.

I complained about d bathroom sink drain not working or very slow to drain. Came n fixed it but since it’s an old hotel, we just let it go.

We were very grateful for the kindness and consideration shown by the ALL staff. Room was really comfortable..room cleaning done everyday..coffee and hot water available everyday The hotel location was PERFECT.. 3 mins from pratunam market..everything was walking distance.. Affordable hotel and VALUE FOR MONEY. HIGHLY recommended :)
