the gym is very small and lightly equiped , could be moved to a bigger room pool bar under staffed ...needed to go into restaurant for service which was slow ...very slow

We were here a few years ago but the hotel still looks good and we'll maintained. Our room did not come with breakfast but we paid for 1 day and they have a good selection of food buffet to choose from. They put us in a family room with a bunk bed as we were travelling with our 12 yr old son. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the location is very good, there is a 5min. walk to the BTS (sky train) line close by.

Our only complaint is that the tiles at the swimming pools are very slippery and dangerous. Our son slipped but a good thing he landed in the water. Otherwise, it might have a serious consequence! The facilities are nice although they are very small. The main road is constantly busy and noisy but this is Bangkok after all.

I booked for 2 nights but unfortunately stayed just for 1 night for the first time in this great hotel in #907. I loved everything about this hotel and is really good. Very cozy and quite room, extremely comfortable bed and a room size large enough for a solo stay. The location is on the busy Sukhumvit Road BTS line but a 10 minutes’ walk to Phra Khanong BTS Station and the hotel offers free drop off and pick up at this station. On the busy Sukhumvit Road, but my room was quiet, and I had a relaxing sleep. 7/11 is nearby, along with lots of massages, street food vendors. Breakfast is quite good and the view from the roof top bar on the 23rd floor is to die for. Housekeeping ladies as well as the receptionists are doing a good job in keeping the standards high. Room service from the 7 floor in-house restaurant was very fast and the food was delicious.

the gym was very small. and the machinery was substandard. we only went to the Buffett once and they told us they were closing in five minutes. we ordered all carte and the food was terrible and expensive. do not recommend at all

The room was spacious and you get free water daily with the daily cleaning. Nice pool and view at the sky bar. The BTS is 5min away and there are a lot of food options in the area including a big and few small food markets.

On my check out day the reception called telling me my check out was due. I asked if Check out wasn’t at 12PM and the woman affirmed it. Then I asked why she called me at 10:30AM and that I‘d check out at 12PM! Later while checking out I asked about this and the explanation was that they just wanted to check with me if I had extended so they could tell the cleaning ladies(?) which didn’t really make sense to me since I think they would‘ve seen it on the computer if I had extended. They said they don’t see if it’s being extended online. Well…

the hotel is near the BTS station and air cond bus stop. The city centre is four stops from the hotel and very convenient. The room is good size and very clean Staff are very helpful. I will stay there again if I travel to Bangkok again.

I booked one room with two people including breakfast on booking.com. But I was told at the reception that only one breakfast was included in the booking and I had to pay extra 250 baht per day at the restaurant. It is kind of ridiculous that breakfast included meant one breakfast. It should be point out on the web site during the booking that breakfast included means one breakfast, not two to reduce the confusion.

A well managed IBIS with all necessary facilities including a medium size pool, and a small gym. Slightly outside of the main tourist area but conveniently located next to a SKY Train station, thus, you can reach anywhere fast. Lots and lots of eating place, street markets and cafes around the hotel; at prices much lower than the touristy places as this area isn’t considered a tourist attraction, it’s more residential with a great local buzz. Staff are very professional. There is an ATM at the lobby of the hotel, which is very convenient and safe to withdraw cash.

I felt very comfortable and was amazed that the rooms actually looked like they did in the photos. It was very modern and there was a lot of space to put your stuff down. Everything was clean and tidy and the people at the reception were polite and professional. The pool was also clean and there was a nice view of the skyline, even if it didn't look like that everywhere. The location near the BTS station was really great. We were on the 10th floor and the noises from the street didn't bother us at all.

There was no response to my emails asking questions and even after sending several messages via the chat on Booking there was no response. This is unfortunately annoying. There was also no information (on Booking and on their website) about the opening hours of the pool and the rooftop bar for example, which I think is important. Additionally, there was no way to enjoy the view from a high floor (if you are on a lower floor) outside of opening hours of the rooftopbar, as you only have access to your floor, the rooftopbar, ground floor and the public area.
