The location on Soi 15 is perfect for us to access the BTS and to go to the places we needed to go. The staff at the hotel we couldn't fault, they were always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was one of the best spreads we've had at lots of hotels in Thailand. The room was very comfortable and spacious for the 3 of us.

Next time I will stay in the pool wing rooms as we had to travel down to ground floor to catch another lift up to the pool area, this wasn't a problem but would be preferable.

Big rooms and big beds - we are 2 adults with 2 children and had plenty of room. location is very close to Terminal 21 mall, Metro station and BTS. good value breakfast and very attentive staff

The hotel is divided into 2 buildings and our room was in the "not the pool" building so going to the pool was taking the elevator to the lobby level, then back up in the other building. a bit of a hassle.

The location is great, being a 2 block walk to the BTS, MRT and Terminal 21. The are a wide range of dining choices nearby, and the hotel restaurants are excellent choices when too go out. The breakfast buffet is cost effective, with plenty of variety for kids and adults. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and the toiletries were top notch. The pool deck was very pleasant, with lots of seating areas. The pool is on the smaller side, but more than sufficient to cool off after a morning adventure. The staff were gracious and helpful, accommodating last minute requests for connecting rooms and late check out.

The pillows were a bit thin but weren't uncomfortable.

Good location. Friendly staff. This was our second stay and the staff remembered us. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We will stay here again.

Everything is fine. I suppose the pillows could be more comfortable but the hotel is well represented by it's rating. The hotel is a good value for the price.

Rooms cleaned every day, lots of toiletries in the room in case you forgot anything and good location.

Ate some nuts from my minibar in the room and as I hadn't left a deposit, had a letter put under my door to pay immediately. Felt like I had stolen them, even though I wasn't due to check out for another 2 days. Felt this was over the top and wasn't pleased.

This is a very QUIET hotel even though it's not too far off the main road.About a 5 min walk from BTS Nana. I asked for a room on a high floor away from the street and the hotel lift.I was on the 5th floor and couldn't hear any street noise or loud music from Hooters and the other bars surrounding the hotel. This is an excellent hotel for people who are light sleepers and are easily disturbed by noise. The rooftop pool and rooftop area is also spacious with lots of loungers and sofa beds too. I enjoyed the pool a lot as it only got busier from 2 p.m onwards.

A very minor issue,but the pool area was closed early at 4 p.m for one aftenoon,only because of a private function. Also,occasionally one of the lifts to the pool was out of service,however it didn't spoil my stay at all.

There is nothing not to like. From first having your car door openedin the courtyard. A friendly greeting. Easy check in and booking. Great rooms. Clean, fresh and comfortable. The staff are above in their perofessionalism, manners and duty. There is always a friendly smile, greeting and interactions. The pool is great for a fresh cool down during the day. I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Bangkok, Sukhumvit 15, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with all the amenities you'd expect from a Sheraton property. However, I did find the decor to be somewhat dated. While everything was clean and functional, the room could benefit from a more modern update to match the vibrant energy of Bangkok. Everything about the hotel is great! The staff (from the reception team, concierge to the restaurant/breakfast staff, etc.) are all so friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were super clean, also bed and pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast selection was pretty good and food was delicious. The hotel was very kind to upgrade one of our rooms so that we could have connecting rooms. The location was very good- 5 mins walk to Asok BTS station (which also connects to Mrt line), 5 mins walk to terminal 21 mall, plenty of street food, eateries along the street around the hotel.

Location is perfect: 3 minutes to the Terminal 21 Mall and the Sky train, cafes and restaurants to walking distance. Good room. Nice touch having extra bath accessories: nail file, mouthwash, weight scale. Very good Customer Service. This was the second time staying here.

No isolation at the 6th floor: could hear the people in the adjacent room and on the above floor work/cleaning at 23 hours.
