Room size, views, links to mall and food halls. Connects to bts and park both easy walks. This hotel is brilliantly located for families with children.

Breakfast was not 5 star standard. The food offered was not luxury, condiments, pastries etc were more of a 3 or 4 star hotel. Quite a small buffet area too. Atmosphere at breakfast seemed formal, quiet, no background music etc.

My wife and I were delighted with the location. The Emporium Suites is connected to both the Emporium and EQuartier Mall. It is also directly connected to the BMT station, Phrom Phong. So, just by location alone, you are in one of the most desirable locations in Bangkok, with front-door access to the rest of the city. The fitness facilities were on point, with no shortcomings, and the swimming pool was my favorite. The room was extremely comfortable, with all the options to eat in or out. Breakfast was excellent and on par with the rest of the hotel facilities.

This place has no downsides. Additionally, if you’re looking for a bonus, just outside the hotel’s central entrance on the east side lies Park Benchasiri. The park opens at 4:30 AM and provides a safe and clean environment where you can appreciate nature and join the locals in their morning workouts.

I loved the location and the view from the room on Floor 32. Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Check-in wasn't good. It took an hour to find a room that matched what I had paid for in full two months earlier. Then, out of the blue, they asked me for a Bt5,000 deposit to cover themselves against my running up a large bill on laundry, etc. I wouldn't have minded so much if they had stated this at the time of booking. A hotel booking is a contract between hotel and guest. It's ethically wrong to change the terms of the contract after it has been signed.

I was delighted to see that the room and especially the view was excellent, and I appreciate that my requests were acknowledged. I believe it was Mr. Yongyuth (apologies if I got the name wrong, I didn't have time to write it down when I was leaving) who handled my check-in, and was very helpful and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely come back here next time I'm in Bangkok. It was one of my best hotel experiences to date. The location is extremely convenient, with pretty much anything you can think of a few minutes away.

-While I loved the balcony and this was one of the criteria for me choosing this room, the only downside was that it was not a completely private balcony but shared with the adjacent room, with no screen or wall in between, only a low wall, which made it possible for someone on the balcony to see into the other room. Something to be aware of for those who value privacy. -The shower was combined with the bathtub, I would prefer a more modern rainforest shower with a separate booth, but the tub wasn't slippery or anything so it wasn't that bad, only a slightly older style.

The location is unrivalled. I didn't try the breakfast, but a couple of other guests told me it was very good. If anything the room was too big, and that was because they didn't have any single rooms available.

They are still demanding a deposit of THB5,000 to cover against non-payment of laundry fees, restaurant bills etc. and they don't tell you in advance at the time of booking. I think this is unethical. They need to either stop doing this or tell you upfront.

I’ve come many times over the years and have always had a great experience. We spent a week here before travelling which was perfect and the staff are exceptional. Breakfast was wonderful, the gym, sauna, steam, pool are fabulous.

Sadly we stopped for a final night before we left and arrived back from an afternoon away to a stale ‘smoke’ smell (we don’t smoke and it was a non-smoking room). The AC had been reset (we had it off) and was freezing. We were placed opposite Skyview Hotel who it turns out have late night pool parties at weekends that are so loud it comes right into the rooms. It kept us up until 1am and was a frustrating experience as I did go down in the evening to complain but was told they could change our room the next day (when we were leaving). For a Grand Deluxe Room I wasn’t too happy. However the day staff were very apologetic and I can’t fault them it’s a great hotel beyond this. One bad night out of about 100 I‘ve spent there over the past 25 years isn’t bad at all. :)

The location was very convenient- nearby malls (Emsphere, Emqurator, and Emporium) are a short walk away. Many food choices nearby. The pool was also spacious and our family very much enjoyed swimming.

We got the 2 bedroom suite but the telephone (to call the housekeeping, concierge, or front desk) is faulty. We reported it on our first day but they did not do anything about it. We also checked in expecting a clean room but found some used band-aid stuck on the shower area. Also, the hotel room’s air conditioning triggered my family’s allergy. We had a had time staying in the room especially sleeping because of the air conditioning seems to be dirty. We have breakfast included in our stay, it was okay but needs improvement compared to the other hotel breakfast buffets that we tried.

We often stay here because it offers excellent value in a fantastic shopping and dining area. Its proximity to the Phrom Phong BTS station is also very convenient. One of the main reasons we choose to stay here is the spaciousness of the one or two-bedroom suites, which are perfect for accommodating our kids. The additional lounge area is very convenient, and the suite also features a nice galley-style kitchen with a clothes washer and dryer. The rooms are well-cleaned and have everything you need for a comfortable stay: lots of TV channels, good water pressure, and air conditioning. They are promoting their buffet breakfast at the moment, and it is good. However, we eat muesli; they only had their Bircher muesli with full-cream milk. We ended up buying and bringing our own, which defeated the purpose. It's a small thing, I know, but it makes a difference to us. We stayed on what they call the 'City view' side of the Hotel. We will never stay on this side of the building again. It is much noisier than the park side, even from floor 27, where we stayed. Overall, this is a lovely, well-maintained suite and apartment-style Hotel in a great area.

The only thing that annoys us about this Hotel is the elevators. There are only three floors to service the whole Hotel and the resident floors of the 40-plus-story building. The Hotel starts from floor 25. There can be long waits at busier times in the early evening, which can be annoying. It was annoying enough for us to return to Siam instead of this area on our next visit. We visit over six times a year as Thailand residents.

Spacious apartment suite in overall very good condition and well furnished, good selection of tv channels (with good sized TVs in the bedroom and living room), the washer-dryer in our suite was useful, great view, breakfast buffet was decent, friendly and helpful staff, the location was very convenient - beside a BTS station and connected to the Emporium mall.

Our mattress and pillows were too soft for my liking. We requested firmer pillows the next day and the hotel delivered memory-foam pillows (so marks to them for trying) but these new pillows were still quite soft - not firm like the ones I have at home. There were a couple of over-sights by housekeeping (like taking away the soap dispenser in the bathroom shower to refill it, but then forgetting to come back with it) but anything like this was swiftly made good once we alerted the front desk.

The room was very nice, as previously. The breakfast is very good, and the staff are very efficient and helpful.

One of the three elevators was out of use for repair/maintenance for an extended period. This caused us inconvenience in the sense of not knowing how long the waiting time would be to descend since the downward travelling lift would sometimes be full, thereby causing anxiety in terms of maybe being late for appointments. To be fair, once on the way up to the room, the queue was so long that the staff allowed some guests to use a service elevator.
