Amazing hotel and staff. Delicious breakfast, very spacious and clean room. Highly recommend!

Our room was next to the busy street so it was a bit noisy at night. Expected in Bangkok.

It's a new hotel in the older part of town, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, including with getting laundry and pressing done in-house. Bangkok's traffic is a nightmare, so being near the major cultural sites, such as the Grand Palace, royal temples, and National Museum, is a plus if you are interested in arts and culture. Incidentally, the hotel does not work with a local company for hiring a car and driver, so you have to do that on your own. I will stay here again when I return to Bangkok.

I was happy with my experience and have no complaints. The breakfast skews more on the Chinese side and less towards Western, so that's one thing that could have been a little better.

that the hotel didn’t offer collection at airport.Nonetheless we downloaded the GRAB app and booked a cab( we used this app in Bangkok and it’s safe and cheap)

Very spacious rooms and courtyard, restaurant food selection was excellent - included a bar and starbucks cafe' within the hotel as well as vending machine in the lobby. Pool was well maintained with a nice rooftop view as well. Location was very convenient to get cabs and walk to lots of different areas as well. There are several 7/11s within walking distance nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Difficulty communicating with the staff at reception due to language barrier. Nothing major but maybe staff with better English speaking skills can communicate better with International guests. Wish the restaurant/bar was open for a longer period of time - it closes at 10pm.

Room was big, bed really comfortable and very big 😊 the location is nice, cool restaurants and breakfast at spots nearby, you can also have breakfast at the hotel. We had a nice welcoming drink. Really good experience!

The room was lovely, clean and had good amenities. Housekeeping service was friendly, and fast. Clean towels or room clean is available by ordering via CentaraLife app...what a great idea. Buffet breakfast was very good 9/10

A La Carte dinner was a 5/10 We attempted to order a selection of appetisers and mains to be told 'not available tonight'....on two nights (our first and last night). Night time service staff not as friendly as breakfast staff - they looked uninterested in their job and were slow to clear empty tables. Service was very slow too, drinks arrived halfway through the meal. Buffet breakfasts were excellent as well as friendliness of staff. 9/10

The gym and pool are really good and don't get busy. The room size is big enough and good value. The free tuk tuk to Khao San Road was appreciated and was nice. Location is good if you don't mind a little bit of walking.

The breakfast although had plenty of options and had tasty food, the staff most of the time seemed overworked and not able to help with requests. The coffee machine broke down often. The cleaning of rooms wasn't really up to par. When you order a beer on the room service, you expect to get it in the original beer bottle, not poured already into a plastic cup. There seems to be a focus on saving time and labour costs here - at the expense of the experience of the customer.
