Location was perfect very close to the BTS, hotel was clean and the perfect blend of hotel & apartment with a small kitchen & washing machine in the room. This was ideal for our trip as we spent the week training at a local cross fit gym so wanted access to a proper fridge, cooking facilities and a washing machine to wash clothes. The breakfast in the restaurant was the perfect way to start the day and the room was cleaned every single day with fresh linen and towels. It was the perfect modern clean base to explore the city.

We loved everything about the Ascott Thonglor Bangkok! From initial helpful emails to a gracious greeting upon arrival, to the friendliness of staff, the service is top notch. It's a beautiful, quiet hotel, despite being close to restaurants, other hotels, and busy streets. The sky train is steps away and there are plenty of local shops and food stands as well as more upscale places. The view from our room and the 11th floor pool was spectacular. Akthough we did not eat at the Japanese restaurant on premises, the room service food from it was delicious. We will definitely look for other hotels under this brand's umbrella - we were very happy with Citadines in Tokyo as well.

A more extensive room service menu would be nice but delivery through GRAB was convenient and easy.

Our stay at Ascott Thonglor completely exceeded our expectations! We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the party and shopping scene. You’re surrounded by an endless choice of coffee shops, shopping malls, restaurants, speakeasies, and rooftop bars—everything you need is just steps away. The room was absolutely ginormous! There was so much space that we could open all our luggage at once without feeling cramped. Plus, the view from the room was breathtaking—definitely a highlight. The swimming pool is stunning, and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The staff were incredibly helpful, even lending us a weighing scale (which was so heavy!). The food at the hotel was amazing, and the gym had magnificent views of the city, making workouts more enjoyable. We truly had an unforgettable stay and can’t wait to come back! Nothing :) We should've stayed longer.

It has a quaint and elegant environment. There were many facilities that we could utilise. The swimming pool provided some swimming equipment such as floats and noodle float. There is also a bar which serves drinks near the pool which we could chill and unwind during happy hour.

The breakfast was pretty hectic. There was only one man minding the egg station so you have to queue up to get eggs of your liking. However, most of us are just going after thr scrambled eggs. This could be easily be done by serving the scrambled eggs in one of thr buffet trays. Or else the poor staff had to juggle with all sorts of eggs order which be a mayhem situation!

The Thai dishes do change every day while the regular bread, cereals, juices, fruits stay mostly same. Breakfast was fresh and lovely - thank you !

Wowww seriously nothing and that’s rare! Mostly because the staffs are just so wonderfully helpful in every departments!! Gems like Peaw - Head of Concierge and his team in Pele and Ja;, Janina, Mick, Job, Bobo of Front Reception and Choke the Bell Boy too!! A lot of other names but I can’t remember. Treasure them all - Ascott Thonglor -They made your place GREAT !!

The staff were absolutely professional and friendly. The welcome drink, fresh towel and bottled water on arrival was a nice touch. The lobby and the hotel itself has a high-end, boutique style hotel atmosphere and vibe. It’s right near the train station which helps on overcoming the Bangkok traffic. The breakfast was out of this world! Overall it was a brilliant stay and I would definitely stay here again.

I really cannot find anything to fault.

The hotel was about a 5-minute walk from Thong Lo station, and a significant part of the route was connected by a covered walkway which was great in rainy weather. There were several well-known eateries and cocktail bars within walking distance from the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tastefully furnished and very clean. It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay. I had read several critical reviews on the hotel breakfast about the limited range of food and shortage of seating spaces, but the hotel has taken this feedback seriously and made some improvements. There was a good mix of local Thai dishes and international food; there were new options to pick from everyday. The restaurant staff also made every effort to ensure that guests were seated promptly, even when the restaurant was crowded.

Proximity to attractions. The hotel's location near Thonglor Skytrain (BTS) station - 5 min walking distance made it convenient for exploring. It is better to take Skytrain (BTS) than taxi - much faster. Large, lovely room with fully equipped kitchen, washing/dryer machine with daily supplied washing powder and coffee capsules. Light and bright room with good city views. Shuttle bus to Big C. Fantastic pool. Welcoming, helpful crew. I would like to give special thanks to NOP, BERT and BEE. The staff were fantastic. Not to mention cleaning staff and pool staff - employee of this hotel make it the most enjoyable place to stay in Thonglor. I had a good 5 days rest. THANK YOU

Breakfast, food selection, coffee is simply unbearable. When one comes to Thailand wants to have mangoes or jackfruit for breakfast. PLEASE Toaster or bread oven is too small.

The breakfast facility I know it's a separate business but packages are sold with breakfast so hotel should take some responsibility for it, it's too small for the number of customers I took a group of 4 in and we were seated separately hard to get service eg get tea or coffee delivered to table food was only average

The hotel is great! Location, personal and room were top. Very quite in the room except for the ac, but it didn’t bother us at all, even if normally we are very sensitive to the sounds. We enjoyed our stay and can totally recommend.

I have only two minor notes. First, there’s no socket for the hair dryer in the bathroom, so I had to dry my hair in the kitchen. Quite unusual, especially for the 5 star hotel. Secondly, breakfast is nothing special and more Asian oriented. Limited choice of tea and really bad coffee.
