Sooo lovely and such an amazing, professional and attentive staff! The hotel is so lovely and the breakfast buffet was quite ample and delicious! Love that it is so close to Bumrungrad! Can Do went above and beyond to take care of us while we were there… from arranging our tour, seeing a great show, and making appointments for our massages!! We loved Can Do!

This hotel is exceptional. An oasis in the centre of the pulsating city. Very centrally located, beautifully and tastefully furnished and indescribably friendly, courteous and helpful staff. We will come back here 100%. An amazing place to stay in Bangkok.

I recently stayed at Ad Lib Hotel with my elderly parents, and we had a truly wonderful experience. Despite being located in the heart of a busy area, the hotel felt like a peaceful and cozy resort. What really stood out was the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The entire team went above and beyond to take care of not just me, but also my parents throughout our stay. Their kindness and attentiveness made a big difference. We would absolutely recommend Ad Lib Hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. It has now become our number one choice in the city, and we look forward to coming back again.

Help with travel access - I cut my stay short by a day because I was stressed by the lack of taxi availability in the area. It was hugely inconvenient and stressful. As a woman travelling alone in a very busy and unfamiliar city, this experience was very unsettling. My booking with Booking.com highlighted I had a free transfer from the airport to the hotel, but when trying to arrange with the hotel I was advised that the service was no longer available. Each day I struggled to locate taxis to collect me from the hotel meaning I was missing my appointment times for pre-booked vacation experiences. All in all this aspect tarnished my vacation. I felt the hotel could have been a little more accommodating.

We love this hotel so much that we've stayed here twice! The staff feel more like family to us—they always go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. It's the perfect place to stay if you need to be near Bumrungrad Hospital, with a super convenient location. The breakfast is another highlight: delicious, healthy, and a wonderful way to start the day. Thank you for consistently showing such kind hospitality to our family. We truly appreciate it and look forward to coming back again!

One small thing we noticed was a difference in room size between the two buildings, even though the rooms were listed and priced the same. We slightly preferred the room to the left of the lobby, as it had just a bit more space, which made it more comfortable for us as a family. Also, there weren't many additional facilities available (like a pool or kids' area). While that wasn't really the purpose of our stay, a little space for our toddler to play would have been the icing on the cake of an already great hotel.

The property is absolutely stunning, nestled away from its urban surroundings. It’s truly unique and beautifully designed. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and made us feel comfortable straight away. They arranged a taxi for us very early in the morning to the airport which was a big help to us and it was cheaper than if we did it ourselves. The bedroom was wonderful and just what we needed after a long day of walking. The property itself is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro, and the metro is so easy and cheap to use which is really recommended if you are ever travelling around the city. Only takes 30-40 minutes to get to the big sight seeing spots. Much preferred to the overpriced tuk tuks and grabs which are always stuck in traffic. The area itself is what you expect from urban Bangkok but it’s vibrant and interesting. We loved it The breakfast is also fantastic!

Lovely tucked away paradise. Service was very friendly and helpful. Looked forward to breakfast every morning - it was top notch with excellent local cuisine and fruit with standard breakfast fare (fantastic coffee, tea and ice lattes). Room and facilities were excellent! Great food and dining experience. Away for the core tourist areas and traffic makes getting places a bit lengthy. But walking distant to a vibrate neighborhood with restaurants and night markets.

Should upgrade plastic bottled water to glass bottled water like some other hotels.

Thank you for having us! The terrace room is extremely Clean & spacious. It comes with complementary Drinks & Snacks from 5-7pm with great quality. The Location is a Bit Off the Main Road but Just 5 Minutes Walk you have all the possibilities. We Loved our stay, very good breakfast, amazing water pressure & shower and we will definitly come Back! You can Walk to Siam Center, also Emsphere mall or any sukhumvit areas which is very nice

They have a Problem with many mosquitos so be aware to get some protection The staff could have been friendlier at our stay, we didnt Feel very welcomed while having complementary Drinks at the Club Lounge, but maybe it was Just by accident
