The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was good and it is right on the beach.

The breakfast options were not very good and the aircon wasn’t able to be adjusted and therefore our room was too hot.

Too far from the pier, and you could hear the neighbors having fun.

Staff were absolutely amazing! They have everything you need and also a good range of breakfast offered. The staff had free pickup, so there will be someone putting your luggage into a metal wheelbarrow of sorts and bringing it to the resort, so no stress on your end. We didn’t do enough research and only found out you can’t rent motorbikes etc. on the island (mistake on our end), so we were a bit far from the busy areas and had to walk at night - perfect if you want peace and quiet, not so much if you’re looking to hit up the bars.

Bed was a bit hard and the room itself is pretty basic - which didn’t matter to us much as we were outside for most of the day. Location is a bit far - 20 minute walk from the pier, and keep in mind you’ll have to walk this!

Hotel will meet you at the pier just look out for the hotel name on a card and they walk you to it with a trolley for your bags (about 12 min walk) The staff here are incredible super helpful with booking the trips and ferry tickets, I ended up sick one day and we’d booked a boat trip and the captain happily let me go the next day instead. the location off the ferry for the hotel is perfect, breakfast basic but well worth the cost adding it onto the hotel cost on booking . Com, highly recommend we actually booked an additional 2 days as didn’t realise we’d love the island so much. Also view point 3 is only 1k walk from here ! Ps exchange money before you arrive as the rate isn’t as good here. Walk to atom Restaurant food was fab and cocktails only 100bht

Mattresses a bit hard

Hotel staff picked us up by the ferry, so we could leave our luggage on a trolley which was nice. They also brought umbrellas in case it rained. The hotel is off the noisy center of the village but still not too far away. The beach is right in front of the hotel and from the restaurant you feel like you're almost in the water already. Also, the beach is very nice and clean, better than the ones closer to the center. The pool is also nice.

The room smelled a bit weird (just moist, which is understandable regarding the climate but sad for it being quite a new building). Also, there were a lot of flies on the balcony, which came in every time we opened the window (they didn't sting though).

Good location, right on the beach, short walk from pier. Short walks to all the restaurants and shops but also feels somewhat secluded and quiet as it is the last resort on the main walkway. The staff were great. They helped us book tours and boats, printed out stuff for me, gave us extra towels and water, and extended our stay by two nights. We loved the pool area we spent a lot of time by the pool. Room was very clean. We felt comfortable leaving our valuables in the safe. The continental breakfast was good. The resort staff transported our luggage to and from the pier for us on arrival and departure.

Nothing bad to say about this place

The pool & the beach. We stay for 15 days. As soon as we pass the first night we decided to stay 10 more days. The pool is really nice, the room was really confortable. Room service every day. With water, tea, coffee & suggar. The staff here is really kind. You can take pool towels every time. We highly recomend this place. After staying so long in the island also, the beach really is the best (the closest to the town, you can go walking by) Thank you for everything.

The smell from the drains in the toilet was always quite bad. Staff tried to remedy it with cleaning agents but it seems to be the nature of the sewerage treatment on Koh Phi Phi as a whole.

The location was great. The beach and views were spectacular. The Beach bar doesn't sell any alcohol, so if you fancy having a nice drink while on the beach, buy it somewhere else. Also worth buying an insect spray for your room. We didn't eat there so I can't tell about the food.

The resort is at the quiet end of phi phi which I loved, the pool is absolutely stunning and has views of the bay! My room was basic but good! I almost cancelled after seeing the bad reviews online but it was so fine!! I had an amazing view from my balcony! For price, pool and location your can’t go wrong! The room was big and clean, there’s also robes and they cleaned the room every day. The staff were super friendly!! They have someone meet you to pick up your luggage and take back to the resort (there’s no scooters on phi phi) And the breakfast was great, there’s so many reviews saying limited options but there was loads of stuff and same amount as everywhere else I’ve stayed in Thailand.

Shower head needed replacement and room smelt a little like moth balls but I’ll take that over not having bugs in my room, and I lit incense and it was fine. They need a coffee machine as they only offer the instant stuff so go elsewhere if you want a decent coffee. Otherwise everything was great. It’s not bougie by any means but you’re not in your room much in phi phi anyway so served it’s purpose!
