My husband and I stayed here in a tent with a seaview for two nights. It was an absolute dream. We were treated like royalty. All the staff really cared about us being comfortable and having a unique experience. Which we certainly had. We loved staying in the tent. You can hear well the ambient sounds which was nice. Magnificent view. And great AC that worked very well. We had dinner at the restaurant the first evening and the Thai food was great and cocktails also, awesome service from Porche and the other waiters. Don't forget the swimming pool which was phenomenal. Thanks Hanit and other staff for a rememberable stay.

The people were so accommodating and friendly, the hotel was beautiful, couldn’t fault a single thing, the views were to die for, the workers couldn’t do more for you, it was perfect from start to finish! A special shout out to Porche, who has the biggest, most infectious smile, he was so kind and polite, the most accommodating waiter, he made our stay even better! The breakfast was lovely, the cart system was so efficient, absolutely breathe taking views, we actually decided to stay here last minute as we had a bad experience with our original hotel, so so glad we chose this one, it turned out holiday around!

There isn’t a single thing I could fault, everything was so efficient, they work so hard to make your trip perfect

The resort is newly finished and has the most amazing views. For people that have trouble sleeping I highly suggest the villas as the tents do not have sound proofing and the nature is quite loud. If you are up for experiencing the real noises of the night you can stay in the tents. The staff is super friendly and the whole resort is outstanding. The views do not disappoint, especially from the pool on the rooftop. The Breakfast was served on the stunning rooftop terrace. It is served a la carte. You have a wide range of excellent western and asian breakfast. The taste and decorating were outstanding.

It's a really special place to stay - a tent with a view of the bay. The amenities are also quite good, and the staff is nice. The room was large enough for 2, and the view is nice, even if we had rain during our whole stay. The shuttle makes it easy to get around, and the skywalk is a nice addition. If you're looking for a big hotel with the usual amenities, this is what you will get here.

It was a very impersonal stay. Everything is a bit too contrived and sterile. It's missing character. The restaurant played the same songkran song over and over. It was really unpleasant. Plus, the food was overpriced (especially the Thai food) and not very flavourful. Also, the breakfast buffet has no vegan options, and a very poor selection of vegetarian options. If you have dietary restrictions, it's not the greatest. The pool is quite small considering the size of the hotel. and it was really crowded. I think that when you pay such a high price (compared to other places in Thailand), you expect more from places like this, and unfortunately, this place fell short of our expectations, and for the price we paid. It's still a nice place, but for the price, the value wasn't great.

The property is built on very steep slopes, so hotel transport is necessary to get around. The sea view tents lack soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep due to noise. Despite the air conditioning, the sea view tents can become uncomfortably hot during sunny days. The bathroom and toilet are located outside the main room, requiring a walk across the terrace. Room rates feel overpriced considering the limited comfort provided in the tent Despite multiple requests upon arrival, our room safe remained locked throughout our stay, and no one came to open it for us.

Probably the best view out of a pool in thailand in morning and dusk/night time. Tents were great to sleep in and the view out of like a postcard. Dinner food was good but some staff and manager had some personal issues to deal with, as could not deliver ice as to my beer (Mngr quote "nobody drink beer with ice"). Anyway got a glass of ice by myself from bar after waiting over 1/2hr to be delivered. Breakfeast was good and finished the stay at a happy state. Advise to stay just to see the view from in the pool as guests aren't allowed to come up and the pool is well maintained and vacuum cleaned every morning.

We’ve had this hotel saved in Google maps for while and we were delighted we finally got to stay. Honestly this was a highlight of our trip in Thailand. The view is breathtaking! Restaurant is fantastic, staff are amazing and breakfast was so good. If you see a bad review for breakfast, ignore it, we think that person must of gone to the wrong side. Reception organised a boat trip to see The Bay, it was so cheap compared to other tours. 100% the best Glamping experience. Beds were incredibly comfortable, rooms clean and full range of bathroom products. Everything was so great we booked a second night.

Ooo, hard to find fault with this property everything was incredible. Visitors arriving for sunrise viewing was a jolt. It’s only the sound of the trucks driving up and down the hill but still enough to wake you, however ideally you want to be up anyway to see the sunrise!!

Beyond Samet Nangshe is a truly breathtaking escape, offering one of the most stunning panoramic views I have ever seen. From the moment I arrived I was captivated by the serene beauty of PhangNga Bay. We stayed in a well-appointed seaview tent, and waking up to the sunrise over the limestone cliffs was an unforgettable experience. The glass skywalk, the longest and highest in Thailand, adds an exhilarating touch, allowing guests to take in the landscape from a unique vantage point. What truly made my stay exceptentional, however, was the staff. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail and willingness to assist, made a lasting impression. A special mention has to go to Akshan, not only did he make me a delicious cocktail that was not on the menu (thank you so much for checking if you could do it and then creating it so beautifully), but he also took great photos of us too!

The only downside was the mosquitoes in the outdoor bathroom. We were provided with a plug in repellent in the tent (which was not needed), so perhaps a natural repellents scatter around in the bathroom might help? The views from the shower more than makes up for a couple of bites that I got though! ;-)

This place has a breathtaking view as if it’s coming out of a movie. The staff are also extremely friendly and the entire resort is just beautiful. We stayed there in January so we were lucky to have clear views. They also generously decorated our room as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.

The location is isolated from everything so I would recommend staying there for a few days only to experience this beautiful resort. Also, for a 4-star hotel, the breakfast could be significantly improved. Finally, I would also recommend for the hotel to add some activities like live music, cinema night, or any other activity since the place is isolated and the visitors don’t have anything to do. With that said, I’ll still give it a 5-star rating because this resort could actually be fantastic!

Location and staff were fantastic & attentive. Shuttle to pier was convenient. While only a trainee, Lexter at horizon restaurant was fantastic. His service was professional & warm. We shared many laughs throughout dinner & he deserves recognition. Fasa at front desk was exemplary as well. Both of them & the entire staff made my stay!!

Only subpar aspect was breakfast buffet. Not sure if they offered better pay dining. For a hotel of this price, I was disappointed. I’ve seen better breakfast at a cheap hostel. Really poor honestly. No juice, no fruit even & one singular toaster that took forever. I would suggest offering same buffet, but allow people to order an omelet or something. Made me think the organization is more focused on expansion of their portfolio, instead of investing back into quality of offering. Additional suggestion would be investing in nice napkins at dinner. Many guests are wearing white linen & would appreciate covering their lap while enjoying food. Maybe this is not normal in Thailand & I am mistaken!
