The location is quiet and beautiful. The staff is really nice and very helpful. I arrived at the hotel to a standard room. the room is beautiful and spacious but there was a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms. I asked to upgrade to a private villa, and for a fair price I moved to a very beautiful villa, where I had really quiet and private stay. I also enjoyed the private pool and excellent room service. You can order food to your room through an app. The spa is excellent. I had an excellent therapist, Tina, who I returned to several times.

At the firs room it was very noisy, from the next door rooms. the pools was closed to service most of the time, and were a bit deserted . the beach is beautiful but i'm sorry to say it was very dirty, a lot of trash is flushed from the ocean, and i would expect it would get cleaned up more often. there is construction work in one part of the hotel, and it's near the spa, and really bothered the treatment , there was a lot of noise. they gave some discount for the last therapy because of that, but at some poit it was pretty impossible.

We had the most wonderful stay in Silavadee resort. Beautiful resort, stunning views and the perfect beach and pool(s). The restaurants were excellent and the food delicious. But above all we enjoyed the service. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Honouring the Thai hospitality. This is what makes a 5 star hotel a genuin 5 star home. We stayed there for 9 nights and where pampered by Oan/Aonny, Manee and Wi. (Sorry if I misspelled your names). They made our stay even more memorable! Thank you very much!!! 🙏🏻

A stay unlike any other I've experienced. Service and customer care went 10 times beyond what anyone would expect. From the 1 minute response times on the app to the daily morning refills of dried mango, cookies and exotic fruit, a nightly treat on your bed, the pools that are always clean, towels always available, water bottles constantly topped up in the gym, every extra supply you could need or may have forgotten (like HDMI cable or charger), exceptional buffet breakfasts, staff who remember your name and room. Well worth the price to wake up listening to the birds here singing outside your room. It's away from the bustle of the towns but that's only 10 minutes by car or hotel organised free daily shuttle. Service from staff Chom and Por was outstanding.

Everything was perfect from the time we checked in to the resort. Impeccable and polite staff who ensured a smooth and quick checkin. The villa was great, and the rustic and earthy charm was visible in the finishing of the villa. No mustiness, no smells, great ambiance. Superbly clean. Great selection of breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The private beach was absolutely amazing - the water was clear and perfect for snorkeling. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was nice and very clean, with a super comfortable bed. The minibar was a pleasant surprise — soft drinks were free and even included some snacks. The hotel had three restaurants open during our stay — Sun, Moon, and Star. Star Restaurant has an amazing view, which really adds to the dining experience. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. However, compared to breakfast, lunch and dinner were a bit less impressive. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here, and I'll definitely come back — but l'll wait until the renovations are finished, as the gym and one of the pools were under renovation during my stay

The use of wood and all natural products , good for the environment was something I liked best about the property . The tropical birds chirping in the morning was also delightful . The breakfast buffet is huge and delicious . With a stunning view of ocean .

Only 2 large staircases to reach my room was sometimes bothersome specially when returning to your room after a long day at beach .-n alicator is required there . Secondly a nice in he false ceiling of my room kept me awake one night , this problem was solved immediately the next day and to compensate we were upgraded to a villa for a night , also a scrumptious complimentary high tea was sent to the room .

We had a scenic pool villa, which was gorgeous. They clean twice a day and restock everything. The breakfast was fantastic, so many options. The service was excellent, extremely polite and corteous. The private beach was also great. The spa is hilariously expensive compared to the rest of the island but a great experience. They also have an app for ordering room service and talking to the reception, super convenient.

Remote location, don't expect to walk anywhere nearby. AC was quite loud, but the comfort of the beds made up for it. The price of living on the cliffs is also some quite significant changes in elevations (read, you go up and down a lot). Floor was never properly cleaned, stains from the first day lingered a long time. The villa was quite small as well.

The staff and their service was exemplary, and they excelled even when we were really at fault like being late. The facilities also out did themselves, with many options of common swimming pool options and down to a private beach area. And as our room also had a pool it allowed for private swimming within our small group. The room was very spacious, wonderful views and small treats left as part of their turn down service. A strong hot shower was available and a spa bath. Food- again various restaurants from Thai to international and the breakfast more than plentiful- all at a higher standard and quality, exceeding expectations. It is a place that once you arrive there is no reason to leave, unless of course you wish to see some of the many attractions on around the island!!

Leaving on the date we said we would!

Just returned from a 10 day stay over Christmas. We were a family of 4 and my partner and I had villa 32 (ocean front pool villa) and our (adult) children had separate garden rooms next to each other. So many good things!! Breakfast is just phenomenal - we all looked forward to this as the highlight of our day. Fresh fruit, endless choice of coffee, juices, eggs and even deserts from the menu plus a huge 'buffet' with fresh fruit, pastries, savoury items like cheese, bread, meats, hot foods, thai food - best breakfast ever. Wifi is fantastic throughout (even on the private beach). All the staff on site are just so polite and friendly and welcoming. Particular mention must go to the team on Reception and at the Beach (on the private beach there are sun loungers with umbrellas, you are provided with towels and fresh iced water). There is a bar on the beach too and lots of activities seem to happen daily. We even saw a monitor lizard in the sea! The wildlife was another highlight. Food at all the restaurants are really good although there are a few good restaurants nearby to mix things up. All in all, I felt this really was a luxury experience and I would happily revisit another time.

A private pool at the house. Wonderful facilities. Amazing bed. Two luxurious pools and four excellent restaurants on the grounds. A nice private beach. And great snorkeling just a few meters in. All snorkeling gear is available. The breakfast offerings are amazing with both an excellent buffet and a wide variety of free breakfast offerings from the kitchen menu. Everything is well kept and beautiful. And two popular towns and beaches are just a short drive away, with free hotel shuttle service to and from there. Really the most amazing resort we’ve ever visited.

It costs a pretty penny of course. Everything you order is quite exorbitantly priced. And the complimentary minibar items were not replaced after usage, no matter how long you stay. And the abundance of the breakfast seems to generate a lot of wasted food. Not the resort’s fault, but it’s quite shocking to see guests use the breakfast table to make instagram pictures only to leave the table and food to go to waste.
