Peaceful location and just a short walk to the landmark nightmarket area as well as regular shuttles in to the heart of ao nang. The staff were lovely, especially the housekeepers who made up the rooms daily and did such a great job.

Sunda resort staff put a lot of effort in to the well organised and beautifully presented buffet breakfast, but for me, I didn't love it. Others seemed to though so perhaps it's just not my taste. If you want a savoury breakfast: eggs, bacon, toast type thing perhaps go in to town to a Cafe! Definitely not a complaint just an observation :)

I had a fantastic stay at Sunda Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. They even helped arrange a bike rental, which was conveniently dropped off and picked up at the resort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very tranquil. Breakfast was diverse, and many guests seemed to enjoy both the food and the dining area in the mornings. One night, the guests in the room next to mine had a baby who cried at 4 AM. The hotel staff handled the situation professionally, ensuring that everyone involved felt heard and supported—I was very impressed. The location is perfect: far enough from the noise to be peaceful but close enough that you can reach anywhere you need within 15 minutes. The resort is full of life, with insects, lizards, birds, and cats, adding to its authentic charm. Once again, the staff were exceptional. When I requested a T30 document for my visa extension, they promptly provided it. The front desk team—both the women and men—were always available and happy to help. I absolutely loved my stay at Sunda Resort and would definitely return!

Nothing everything was great

Lovely hidden resort with shuttles available every hour, but you can also walk to Landmark Beach from there in just 10 minutes. Good value for money All of the employees are helpful, accommodating, and nice. All of the cabins are situated on boardwalks within a little jungle oasis, giving the place a very organic and natural feel. There is the Ao Nang Night Market nearby. Coffee, a hair dryer, and shampoo and body wash are all included plus routine towel changes and room cleaning. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options. Shuttle service was fantastic runs every hour.

The location is great, only a 10/15 minute walk to the town. Nice and quiet. The pool is lovely and not too busy. My bungalow was next to the pool which was nice, lovely bird song and noisy cicadas.

Breakfast seemed a bit hit and miss but was OK. Only the coffee was terrible but then I do like my coffee! The only thing was the shower had a mind of it's own and would always flood the bathroom completely

It was very cozy and clean inside the rooms. Since the location was somewhat distant from the actual city center, they provided taxi services for free at certain time points. It was also possible to order taxi at a specific point for 150 baht. Also, it was possible to order transport to the Krabi airport for only 150 baht. All in all, it was a really nice stay and the staff is very helpful.

The outside environment surrounding the rooms is a little worn down, but the place has potential to go from three to four stars with a little work. As I mentioned, the location is a little off as well.

Rest in nature. Very comfortable and large room. Towels changed daily and garbage taken out. Short walk to the beach or bus from reception every 2 hours. Clean pool. Breakfast varied with local dishes.

The bathroom had no space to put away cosmetics and the toilet smelled bad.

A very nice mid range resort. A great place to explore AoNang.It is on the outskirt of the town but yet only 10- 15 min walk away from the beach and ao nang pier, which is the jumping off point for Railay beach. The resort has a nice calm vibe to it away from the noise of AoNang main street.

Some bungalows share a wall, which is very thin, thus all the noise from the other bungalow comes through.

Top Bungalow with top equipment and nice pools, there are 2 of them. The garden and walkways are beautifully designed and within 10 minutes walk you are at the Landmark night market.

Like obviously everywhere in Ao Nang also here In this hotel they keep your passport or 3000 BT deposit for renting a motorbike. First time after at least 15 years this happens to me again. I thought they don't do this anymore in Thailand. But probably this is a question of where and which island you go.

I loved everything aout it. Especially the staff was so sweet. The girls at reception, the granny and the boy at the breakfast buffet. Although this is a muslim run resort we fell very welcome as a gay couple. The little houses you stay in are perfekt (I would recomend to take a canal view room), beds are very comphortable. Thank you for making out stay amazing.

There is nothing negative I can say about this place.

Loved Sunda resort! Close to ao nang landmark market, free shuttle to the beach (but no return journey). Clean pool. Very comfy bed.

Our shower room didn’t drain so there was water constantly on the floor until the housekeeping removed it the next day. Sunbeds were uncomfortable
