Lovely big rooms and a nice pool(s). In a quiet but central part of town with most things within walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. You could book excursions from the independent travel desk in reception (which were the same price as those everywhere else in town). The spa facilities were nice too.

Perfect place for a family in Ao Nang walking distance from the high street. We stays for 8 nights in April 2025 as a family, we had a family room with 1 king size bed and kids had a bunk bed with nice curtains separating it from the main room, they even had their own wardrobe and TV in that area. The room was well equipped, there were beach towels that can be changed on a request once a day and flip flops available. Nice bath robes, too, not too thick, just right for the climate. The balcony had a view to the pool. There were a mosquito plug for the room and hotel were using anti-mosquito sprays every night before midnight. The pool is stretched in between buildings with different depths. Very good for kids as there were shallows and increasing depths, too. The pool was very clean. We had breakfast in the restaurant most mornings, wide variety and very tasty. Fresh fruit every morning.

It is hard to fault anything. The only thing that comes to my mind is the Durian tree at the far end of the pool with occasional fruit dropping :D Just wandering of effects if it drops on your head.

Stayed for 10 nights. The good The staff are wonderful, always smiling and helpful. The housekeeping is amazing always clean and tidy when they have been. The hotel is architecturely beautiful, rooms are large. Pool was lovely to swim in. The pool bar is great, good cocktails reasonably priced. Duch I think his name is sorry if I'm wrong, is a lovely man and would always have a smile. The food from the pool bar is great too. Tried a few different dishes and all nice. The spa Had a buy one get one free treatment massage and facial. Tim was very good at her job, a very skilled masseuse. My husband complimented me multiple times when I got back after my anti ageing facial so it must have worked! The receptionist on the spa was lovely too. The area Not far to walk to everything in ao nang and it's on a quiet corner so you don't hear all the hustle and bustle. Things to improve Breakfast. If you're European, you've had it! The pastries and pancakes were hard, the cold meats and cheeses were one meat one cheese. The rest of the hot food was curries, noodles and rice dishes. The salad and fruit section wasn't very varied either. I have a cows milk protein allergy, I asked for some soy milk for my coffee and vegetable spread for my toast at reception. The next day I had to ask the breakfast staff, they brought me a carton of soy milk for my coffee but no spread. So all I could eat all holiday was eggs and dry toast. The soy milk should be readily available to use instead of asking. We ate out for breakfast a few times just so I could get something other than eggs. My husband and son will happily eat fruit yogurt and pastries for breakfast but even they said it was terrible. The family room.we had could use an update. The bunkbeds were greasy from dirt and the two teddies that were on the bed we had to remove as when my son moved them they puffed out dust everywhere.

Loved having a room with pool access , comfortable beds & very clean, good location plenty of restaurants nearby , launderette, 7 eleven.

There was a door in the corridor not far from our room , think is was used by staff !! It Kept being slammed shut every few minutes, it was impossible to sleep in early in the mornings. Also think the rooms could do with some better lighting for ladies getting ready doing makeup etc .

Loved the room being pool access was a good size for the 4 of us staff we’re all lovely even though sometimes hard for us to understand one another liked that it was away but not to far 7/11 was 2min walk main area 10min walk

The bacon at breakfast was terrible looked white and uncooked and the shower/bath could be a little hard to get in and out of the bathroom walls need to be cleaned you can see when they come in they do the basin area but not the walls we had a dead mosquito on the wall the entire time some dirty marks on the bathroom wall which would come off if cleaned.

Great hotel. We had pool access which was great. You weren’t guaranteed a double room but we were lucky to get one. Great bed and shower but was over a bath. Nice touches with the robe , slippers, iron and beach towels. Green pepper restaurant just down the road was excellent value and great food.

Ao nang is a big place so could feel a bit out of the way, was a bit of a walk to the beach, they do offer a shuttle bus.

Spacious room with direct access to the pool. Great variety of food for breakfast. There was a gym, coffeeshop, bar, SPA and room for kids with toys and books. Nice and friendly staff. Located in quite area but close to restaurants, pharmacy, shops and main touristic street.

Personally I would prefer to have a closer distance to the beach or more frequent shuttle to the beach. Walking was not a big problem but we were family with small kid and carrying all beach stuff back and forth was not the best. Shuttle bus was not frequent, we never used this as after breakfast the bus was at 1 pm and we did not want to wait that long to enjoy the beach.

Pool was amazing, Breakfast was good but could have the pastries more fresher. Rooms were clean and the reception staff also moved us to another room on our request .Spa services were very good with great discounts. We were very happy with our stay. Staff could be trained to speak in English for easier communication but staff was very courteous too.

The toiletries should be refilled everyday which was missing, we had to request cleaning staff to refill them. Communications with staff was also bit of a problem.

The location was perfect for access to the beach ( about a 10 minute walk) and to shopping and good eats. During the day and at night it was quiet and peaceful. The property length pool was also great!

Other guests could smoke in most public areas unless we complained to them. There should be better designated smoking areas and enforced non-smoking. Especially in the dining area.

Room is spacious, Family room has bunk beds separated only by a curtain Ask for block 1 or 2 with kids as less walking to the kid's pool & Kid's area and is where restaurant is located Breakfast is very good with lots of variety Kid's pool and playroom was great (although could use a clean)

Family rooms are not on the ground floor with the option of going out onto the pool (that's what we were told) We were placed in the furthest room from the restaurant despite having two children under 3 There are only 3 highchairs and if you get there at peak time there's nothing you can do You could possibly walk to beachfront but after 9am the heat makes this impossible. You would need to get a taxi
