On the plus side, the receptionists are friendly and welcoming, though they don’t speak English, so communication might be a challenge for non-Spanish speakers. In summary, this complex is best suited for those who don’t mind late-night activity and are looking for a lively, albeit somewhat dated, location close to the beach.

The complex is built directly above several bars and restaurants that stay open past midnight. While this is great for those who enjoy nightlife, it can be problematic for those seeking peace and quiet. The sound of people drinking and having fun late into the night often seeps into the apartments, potentially disrupting sleep. Along with the noise, the smell of food from the nearby restaurants can also make its way in, especially during the evenings. Additionally, the corridors have a strong smell of - I would say - cheap air freshener, which may be unpleasant for sensitive guests.

No Air-con..But 2 fans .. need upgrading. The bathroom smelt terrible .. Either we got used to it, or the smell subsided. On Arrival, there wasn't anyone to let us in .. We rang a number and spoke Eduardo...while waiting for him to arrive another man arrived . Opened the door and was just starting to help us when Eduardo arrived ... and took over .. both chatting on in Spanish.. Now, this was the first place on our trip of staying in over 10 places booked on booking.com. This place hadn't taken money for payment.. and it flummoxed me a little, so when Eduado said we were nice people , we could have the parking complimentary ... (on the booking form, this is usually £8.00 a day, so 2 days £16.00) On booking the price was £120.00 Eduardo asked for £140.00 Euros. I don't need to be cheated out of money by people like Eduardo... I know I paid for the parking.. This is not the right way to do business.. It soured our stay. The other man on the desk was really helpful.

Is located above restaurants and close to a playground, can become very noisy, double windows are ok against the noise but with closed windows it becomes quite hot in the apartment, no Aircon

The location was ok. Close to restaurants and a few blocks from the beach.

The bed was as hard as a rock, the windows were over the kid’s playground so it was noisy. Also over a restaurant so it was noisy. No a/c. Couch was sketchy. We threw a blanket over it so we felt comfortable to sit on it. Very basic.
