Location was fabulous, walking distance from center and right by a very nice park. The place was tiny but it was just what we needed. Our window didn't face the front but the back view of the mountains was really beautiful! Also, the person in charge was veryi friendly and communicated with us constantly making us feel very at home.

Maybe to have a little bit of coffee or tea to start our day. Also, the main foyer of the building had a quite unpleasant smell....probably humidity. Not a deal breaker, since it was just on the entrance, but we would notice it every time we came in.

The bed and the linens were extremely comfortable. There was a lot of space in the main room and a cozy kitchen if one needed. The location is right next to the largest beautiful park (green space with paths and trees) in Santiago. It's a very easy 10 minute walk to the Cathedral. The host was extremely attentive, although we didn't meet in person. They checked in to see how it was going and if I needed anything a few times over my 2 nights 🙂 Lots of lighting options to suit one's preferences. Dark enough at night to sleep without an eye mask--yay!

The bathroom is a bit tight, and smelled a bit smokey when I ran the fan. The kitchen has plates, cups, and some cooking supplies. No coffee maker, just hot water. Not a big deal though as the city center is so close with great restaurants.

The place is huge and fantastically laid out. Clean, comfortable, quiet (except for the construction team next door, but that's just bad timing), amazingly located with the lovely Parque da Alameda just at the corner, plenty of cafes and restaurants within 5/10 mins walk, and just a short stroll away of the Cathedral (priceless when you have just finished walking the camino). And the view from that apartment N5, couldn't be any better (the one hpoto added).

Nothing at all to dislike. But as a suggestion for what could make it even better is to have a minimum of coffee/tea to prepare (particularly as a- they have a lovely caffetiere but, b- Stayin for only too nights after being aroung walking the camino, didn't make much sense to go and buy a full pack of coffee in the supermarket)

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment! The moment we walked in, we were amazed by how spotless and well-maintained it was. Good location, few minutes from the cathedral and close to a nice park. Renovated old flat with a nice details. Easy check in. The owner nicely resolved my situation with an earlier check in and even provided a luggage storage after check out.

A bit small kitchen, but it is a small flat so it makes sense, still good price performance.

We had an amazing stay in the apartment 5. The view on the Cathedral is absolutely stunning just as the location, next to the beautiful city park and just a few minutes away from the historic center. The flat was perfect and the beds were super confortable, everything was clean, the coordination was super easy. We would all choose to go back in that flat if we were going back to Santiago de Compostela in the future, we recommend it 100% if you stop in this city.

Adding a little thing in the kitchen where we could let things dry would be helpful. There was a little noise at night, some king of water or heat regulator may be. But these are super small details.

Miguel and Pilar were very friendly and good at communicationg via WhatsApp prior to our check-in. They met us when we arrived and were very helpful in explaining everything with regards to the apartment to us. The apartment is in a great location within a short walk of the cathedral and has a very nice cafe and grocery shop close by.

There was a slight smell of damp. The apartment is north facing and perhaps could have done with some airing before our stay. Also, leaving bottles of drinking water would have been a nice touch.
