Fantastic location, train literally from the airport to the door of the hotel. Loved the rooftop pool and bar, cocktails were good. Slide is cool! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The poolbar was closed on the Tuesday of our stay which meant having to go down 8 floors to the bar for a drink and we couldn't order food on the rooftop either. The bar staff weren't friendly at all. Also we were literally followed into breakfast by the man in charge of breakfast asking us to pay with the credit card machine in his hand - we were still putting food onto our plates!

The room was large. Very comfortable beds & pillows. Clean spacious bathroom with large walk in shower. Complimentary dental & shaving kit. Fluffy towels & robes. Fridge & safe were useful. Kettle & coffee machine were great. Good wardrobe storage & drawers. Very clean. Quiet with window closed but nice to have fresh air too. Staff were extremely friendly & concierge was helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Vast choice of excellent quality food. Staff constantly clearing tables & bringing fresh food. Great location with an exit into the train & metro station & close to the bus station. 1 metro stop from the city centre. Just 15 minutes by train to the airport. Close to 2 shopping centers. All in all a fabulous place to stay & I would rate it 4*++.

The reception had Very plush furnishings that were modern and welcoming with bar, outdoor seating and a slide at reception! Our room was spacious with two tvs! Bathroom was huge with separate bath and walk in shower. The breakfast was amazing with smoothies and Buck’s Fizz, plus everything else you could wish for. The roof top pool and bar was relaxing and breezy with ample amount of sun loungers and great views. We loved our 4 night stay.

It was a 15-20 minute walk to Malaga centre, however for us this was good to walk off our dinner. And if you wanted a one stop train, with the train st just around the corner from the hotel, so not really a dislike! Struggling to find a negative comment!

After visiting last year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we could not wait to re visit. We arrived to a lovely reception, helpful, polite and attentive. It was our wedding annivesrary and they surprised us with a bottle of fizz, a card and chocolate strawberries in our room. How lovely was that! Rooms are spacious very clean, big bathroom and the shower is lovely., The beds are massive and super comfortable, We booked breakfast and the choice is brilliant, again, wonderful staff. The 2 barmen who served us throughout our stay were lovely. The roof top pool is an added bonus, great sun trap and the pool was great to cool down . Brilliant location, we got off the aeroplane, on to the metro and 3 stops we were at the hotel. We cannot wait to book again for next year.

Loved every single thing. We were so impressed with the attention to detail and the facilities. Room so comfortable, beds gorgeous. Three pillows to choose from. No noise at night. Lovely coffee machine with lots of coffee, plus kettle and mini bar with soft drinks, lots of water and beers - even non-alcoholic beer. A steamer was provided which was excellent. We were given a bottle of cava and chocolates which was so nice. Breakfast was honestly incredible, smoothies, Buck's Fizz, omelette station, so many choices of everything you could want. The roof top pool was great, lots of sun loungers - didn't go into the pool as it was busy, but enjoyed sitting up there. The slide is good fun, we went down to the bar on it from 1st floor. Drinks not expensive at the bar. We were getting the train the next morning and it is literally 1 minute away - so easy. Great hotel!

Initially we were given a room that was already occupied. We had to drag our luggage back down to Reception and wait ro have a different room assigned with no explanation of how we were initially assigned an occupied room. Later that evening we returned to our room to find the card access would not work. We were told we had to wait until the technician came to replace the battery in the locking device. No real apology offered. The next morning we made a firm but polite complaint about the inconvenience, and were offered a sincere apology, and the offer of breakfast. In the end the staff member on duty that morning (22 April) was helpful, and very sympathetic.

Breakfast variety and quality is amazing, rooms were spotless, very quiet, beds comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep, the roof top bar is brilliant, such a lovely atmosphere and space, and the bar staff there very friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, especially for transit to the airport and near the old town and plenty of great places to eat. The gym is a cool spot too, and slide down to the bar is super cool!

There was a very rude member of reception staff who soured our check in experience, he was really disrespectful and treated us like we had made a mistake when we hadn’t. We avoided him for the rest of our stay.

Nothing can beat this localisation communication-wise. Close to any communication centres, just short trip from airport, near train and bus stations and metro. Very friendly staff, we asked for a quiet room and they happily helped. Tasty breakfast with wide range of both warm and cold dishes, even pancakes or omelettes freshly-made while you wait. If you are with children, look for the giant slide from 1st floor down to the ground :)

Hotel Is a bit old, would need a bit of renovation love to the rooms and corridors. Nothing serious, just generally a bit outdated. We also noticed a periodic problems with smell, again nothing serious, but perceptible. That might be connected with that need for renovation.

Breakfast is absolutely amazing, a must have, never had anything so good. Roof terrace is superb.

Chair inside the room is useless, TV had no English channels whatsoever, nothing to watch all week. Needs to have a firestick with allowance of Netflix apps, this was the biggest disappointment especially when there for 5 nights. Management would not fix and choose to ignore, not good for English travellers. Coffee machine did not work at all, safe was broke. Need to ensure all parts of the room work well. Stylish on surface but poor underneath in places.

The hotel is situated directly next to Maria-Zambrano railway station, so this was our natural choice when arriving back in Malaga from our trip to Granada, whereupon we were only staying the night before flying back to the UK. We liked the location of the hotel as there was easy access to the rest of the town either by walking or bus. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very good. We were luckily upgraded to a Superior Premium room on the 6th floor, which was comfortable with a superb en-suite shower. We liked the novelty slide from the 1st floor to the bar, but did feel like it should really have had a safety mat at the bottom, just in case people using it went off the end. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. We never had the opportunity to use the restaurant during our visit. All in all, we would consider using this hotel again if visiting Malaga in the future.

We did think the swimming pool on the top floor was a little bit small, but as no one was actually using it when we were there, it was nothing to really worry about. We would have liked the bar to have been open on that top floor, but it was shut (only temporarily I believe). You could go to the Lobby bar and get a drink and take it up to the top floor, so again, not a real problem.
