The reservation was a last minute booking and the owner was extremely helpful from the get go, all three apartments that we booked for a one night bachelorette party was clean, spacious and wonderful from the get go, the owner was accommodating when it came to the event taking place in the apartment as well as allowed communication throughout our stay and was always available when we needed something, we were well within our bounds in terms of behaviour. We will definitely spread the word about this listing and how great the experience was. The entire stay was seamless.

Nothing bad to stay, it exceeded my expectations

We've stayed in these apartment blocks before, but this apartment was by far the best we've stayed in (3907). The beds are super comfortable and the apartment is furnished well, with comfortable chairs and couch. The apartment is also serviced every day, which isn't the norm - but very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

The quality of the cutlery isn't great and there could be more kitchen equipment, but considering most people staying here eat out this isn't really an issue.

The aesthetics of the room were incredible, I am an avid ellipse enthusiast, I like how each room is unique and has its own character. It was very neat and smelt great! It gave luxury vibes and of course the peacefulness of the place. Not forgetting the incredible service by Kudzai.

I had booked a one bedroom as shown in pictures and when I arrived I was allocated to a bachelor. I was very uncomfortable with this however when I raised it , I was moved to the room I booked and well accommodated with the previous hick-up.

The property exceeded my expectations,it was clean not to mention stunning 😍 It has everything my husband and I needed and more ,location is perfect 👌🏾

The modern design of the apartment and as an interior designer I believe the spacial planning was done exceptionally well!

I don’t think I disliked anything about the property. Everything was good and in place.

The apartment is modern and very clean. Very comfortable.

We were not informed that the gym would be unavailable during our stay. The main bathroom shower clogged and had water standing in it whilst showering. The main bathroom tap did not work properly.

There was no mirror in the bedroom. I wanted to use a hair curling iron but not having a mirror made it difficult, so I had to plug it in hot, then take it out to go and use the bathroom mirror… A long mirror would have been nice.

The location and the room was nice

Check-in was a nightmare. There were no clear instructions on how to reach the room, and no assistance was provided for luggage.

Cleaning stuff didn’t have a regular time, they just show up, making it difficult to plan your day.

We had 2 vehicles with one code to enter and leave the property so security was always giving us a hassle
