The lady on reception was lovely, such a warm greeting when I arrived. I had a beautiful room overlooking the town of Albarracín which was a huge bonus for my stay there.

I do not think this was the fault of the hotel but I had noisy neighbours who talked loudly until 11.30pm onwards one night, then lots of banging and noise in the mornings, but I had no idea where it was coming from, it could have been cleaning staff or preparation for breakfast service, but though inconvenient this did little to disturb my lovely stay at this hotel. I would recommend it to others, in fact I already have.

We loved the hotel and our room had lovely views Just a short walk to Plaza Mayor. The buildings are historical some dating back to the 12th century. It was lovely to see so many people out and about in the Plaza and the bars. While we were there a friend sent us an article out of The Telegraph featuring the village which was very interesting as we where actually there.

The breakfast was adequate but the hot food was cold (bacon, sausages, tortilla). not good value. The village is at the top of a very steep hill and you have to park at the bottom, it is a hard walk up for anyone with mobility problems.

We loved everything. Albarracin is a magical place. It's absolutely worth a detour. The Hotel Albarracin is perfectly located. The rooms are comfortable, the decor is very traditional and classic, and most importantly, the staff was friendly and professional. Staff at the reception desk were very welcoming. One of the chefs, Fatima, went over and above the call of duty to be helpful. Muy simpatica!

Beautiful, old hotel in a great location. Nice room and very comfortable. Special shout-out to Natalia, who was lovely and very helpful with all of our requests. Also with guiding us to restaurants, of which there are not many in lower Albarracin, especially on a Monday.

This is a lovely hotel right in the heart of the historical centre. The manager was super welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and what you would expect. However, the views are to die for and we felt very lucky to be able to sleep with our huge window open to look at the old town in the mountain setting.

At the time we went, the town was very quiet and most the restaurants and bars were closed. However, this hotel has a delightful restaurant, with really great food. It is a pity they don't put a great big sign outside with a photo of the dining room, saying they are open for breakfast/lunch/dinner - because the evening we were there, many people were looking for somewhere to go and wandering around the town like we did, looking for somewhere for a drink or food. In the end we had a truly delicious dinner here, so I hope more people start to go there for food.

Location and the accommodation. Could have been on a Film Set Historical Town and excellent countryside for walking. Couple of good restaurants. One member of staff Susi was exceptionally attentive, however when we arrived she was attending to arrivals, attending the bar and answering visitor questions. We put this down to shortage of staff post covid. Good selection and choice of food for breakfast. Again we noticed a young member of staff supervising our breakfast to be proactive at all times. However, we did notice shortages during our stay for example fried eggs one day none the next. Again perhaps we should blame covid.

We didn't enjoy the parking, none available so a very steep hill to climb. Two years ago when chose the hotel we were fit now we have mobility issues. I make this point to emphasise staff commitment to care, checking to see if we had a form of car mobility pass. That said parking was only 4 euros for 24 hours. Again I think owing to covid there was a very restricted evening menu with ño change over the 3 nights we stayed. The standard was not particularly good. However we eat at very nice restaurant in the town on our last night. We had intended to eat out every night but the walk up and down the steep hill made impossible for my wife. So, the property did over-all meet our expectations

everything. I could not fault it

the hotel was fantastic. I would suggest to anyone going there NOT to book through booking.com, though. On an other trip entirely in England, I had cause to raise a complaint with Booking.com - they were useless. If you take my advice, do NOT use Booking.com,

hotel location was excellent, right in the middle of the small town. Parking is down the street but you can drop your bags off. The hotel is beautiful and the town is wonderful.

No AC but even in summer it is cool because of the altitude. The town is pretty dead during the week.

The location is excellent to explore the town and the views from the room window were breathtaking!

The hotel facilities, particularly the bathroom and decor, is starting to look tired. But the rooms remain clean and comfortable.

Beautiful historic town and hotel. Looking forward to more little gems like this.

Ac was a bit lacking but much cooler mountain town than nasty Barcelona and Malaga heats.
