The facilities were excellent. I liked that the hotel was modern and clean. We really loved the view of the lake from our room's window. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was good. We discovered the MacKenzie River restaurant attached to the hotel which was very convenient and ate there one day.

I thought that the price of the room was too high. Also, We were on the 2nd floor and there was a child running / stomping on the floor in the afternoon and well into the evening. That was very annoying. We did our best to ignore it and did not call the front desk about it.

This hotel is very nice. We appreciated the luggage cart that could trek through snow to get our stuff inside, the room was big and comfortably fit three adults. The beds were comfy and the heater wasn't too loud. We also really liked the two sitting areas and bench by the front door. Breakfast was good, as was hot tub and the 24hr fitness center. Had dinner at MacKenzie River Pizza, which is connected to the hotel.

The fridge in the room is pretty small, FYI, in case you're on a roadtrip and have an abundance.

Exceptionally nice Hotel and although bit dated it was clean and comfortable Breakfast was excellent and way beyond what most Motel breakfasts are!! Staff were all very friendly and nice

The Red Lion in Polson is nice and clean. The location is good and the breakfast was better than expected.

I was surprised there wasn't an EV charger. The Red Lion in Kalispel has one and this one is in Polson is newer so seems like a major over site not putting one in. EV drivers pick which hotel we used based on if is there is charging or not. If there wasn't a charger down the street at Taco Bell I would probably make different arrangements in the future.

The breakfast was great and very friendly and helpful staff!

The pool is a bit cold for adults but kiddos seem to be fine lol

The front desk was so accommodating and friendly. They helped us upgrade our reservation and allowed us to check in early. The breakfast was so delicious and expansive! There was literally something for everyone and they even had non dairy milk options for consumption. There was everything from hot and cold cereals to pastry’s and sweet breads. The omelets were fantastic and they had biscuits and gravy and breakfast sausage also. There were even waffles and hash browns. The variety was fantastic and the attendant was so friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and everyone was so nice and helpful. The family rooms are even over the lobby so my sleepover of pre teen girls didn’t keep anyone beneath us up. I definitely recommend this for all your travel needs as well as for any events you may be planning.

The pool area gets a little loud when it’s full of preteen girls which may have been difficult for other guests to enjoy it while we were using the facilities. I do apologize for anyone whos stay may have been disrupted by us.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels and this was on the top of the list of best stay/experiences ever. Staff were amazing and very hospitable and there for every need of mine. They gave us directions freely and even made wonderful recommendations for places to eat. Staff went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

Breakfast was fresh, wholesome and tasty. Staff in every department were outstanding. Love the tile in bath and entry. Carpet is clean and in excellent condition however I prefer hard surfaces. The decor was wonderful and the wall texture and color was perfect.

Can’t think of anything negative, our stay was lovely.

Breakfast was great. Odd that we did not have any washcloths and only 1 hand towel in the room. TV did not work. All was reported at check out the next morning. I'm sure they would have taken care of the minor issues we had but we were too tired to deal with in that evening. Beautiful hotel with a nice view. Great restaurant attached as well.
