clean , great location, large space , good for families.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, well-organized, and the rooms are comfortable. The location is excellent and close to many important places in Amman, which made getting around very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent, excellent location in Istanbul to stay at. Very clean and remodeled room. The staff is excellent and very helpful for you especially as a first time tourist to the city. The bed and mattress were very good. The linens and towels very clean. The room is very large and has a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave, stove , little fridge and coffee maker.

The only negative about the room and the hotel is that it's on a very busy main street with lots of cars. The drivers in Istanbul honk their horns a lot. The room does have new windows that drown out most of the noise but not all. I used ear plugs when I slept so it didn't bother me. I got used to the horns and street noise after a few days.

We had to look for a hotel with large family rooms at the spur of the moment because of the war in Israel . This was the only viable option. The front desk and bell people were super nice , the price was not excessive . I would not be my first choice certainly but it was good

The breakfast is served in a different floor . They took a long time to check us in although we were the only ones and they know we were coming Z next day we were in the lobby and they were cleaning … the neighborhood is strange . A little noisy

The room was spotless, huge, and so very comfortable. There was tea and coffee, extra large towels and toiletries. I loved the water pressure in the shower…I almost fell asleep. The hotel staff was professional, patient and very kind. This morning we interacted with Abdul Aziz and I was impressed by his courtesy. The young man who worked at the desk last night was very helpful with restaurant recommendations as well. The entire staff to include security made our stay wonderful and when we come back to Jordan, we will definitely book our stay here.

Amazing services, great hospitality and cleaning Mr Ahmad gentleman was in the reception with great customer service and welcoming the guest This hotel is my favourite in Amman Thank you all

Nothing Every thing was more than expected

Location is great plenty of shops and restaurants around it, hotel staff were so helpful and attentive, breakfast was good, rooms are clean, there was a bit of an issue in the elevator but it was resolved in no time

Neat and Clean room with all amenities. Staffs are polite and helpful, Faris and Waleed. Location is perfect for taxi / uber. Restaurants near by. Breakfast is good however same menu everyday. For stay, hotel is a very good choice.

Excellent hotel . Is family signature hotel. Safe , calm , clean and nice staff.

Nothing much , i wish they provide tooth paste and toothbrush in Bathroom
