Our room 241 was very nice. The beds are always comfortable. The bathroom in this room was in good repair unlike several other rooms we stayed in.

There is not enough lighting in morning. We had 3 females in our room & we had to be ready by 7:00 am & it was very difficult to use the full length mirror bc of poor lighting. It would also be nice to have a shelf in the bathroom so we could place the items we need for our shower in there, rather than cluttering up the sinks for everyone.

It was clean and comfortable.

When checking in my debt card was charged twice for the room. These rooms are pricing and having almost $500 taking out for one night stay was not something I was happy about. When I asked the employee about refunding my money I was told it would take 5-7 days. This was a mistake on there part that I had to deal with that should have been avoided. They told me that it must have been an issues with their system. When I checked in they scanned my card and the transaction was successful on my end. The machine even said to remove my card. The employee told me that it did not work on their in and to reinsert my card. This is where my card was charged twice.

Easy to get to. Onsite free parking. Restaurant in Building. Most of the staff were great.

Arrived on Monday, no housekeeping stopped by our room. We went to the desk requesting them on Wednesday morning, saw no housekeeping. Went back to the desk on Thursday morning, Finally Thursday afternoon, housekeeping came to the room to refresh the items we needed/ran out of. Restaurant was a bit pricey. Charged a $50/day Incidental Fee, in case we visited the restaurant.

The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel seemed fairly new and modern which we liked. The beds were very comfortable. I also really appreciated that this hotel is pet friendly. We would definitely stay again.

The only thing that I would change is there wasn't a microwave in the room which would have been nice. Also it took a while for the water to get hot in the shower/sink.

"An excellent standard hotel, we are very satisfied. We arrived late in the evening, almost at night. The indoor pool was already officially closed, but the receptionist said it's no problem, she would make an exception for us. The indoor pool was luxurious - with towels, showers, toilets, etc. It was pleeasant to know that the customer is cared for. The rooms were spacious and clean, the whole hotel seemed to be very clean - not only the rooms, but also the rest of the customer-accessible area. The hotel also featured a large, lit and free above-ground parking, large TVs, comfortable beds, and carpeted floors in the room. A new and immaculate building".

Loved the layout of the hotel and the beauty of the lounge and hallways.

The location- it was located in a very random location. Google maps took us a very strange way but then we realized a much more efficient way back downtown. Wish it was closer to Wofford to be able to stay there while visiting my daughter!

Loved the classy look of the hotel. The rooms are hidden away behind the open balcony overlooking the lobby. The bar area was very nice and the restaurant was exceptional. It was great to have those amenities after a long day in the car. The room was large and very nice, with lots of room to spread out.

I absolutely love this hotel. Upon arrival I was stunned at the lovely common area. It is very spacious and clean. There is a restaurant for dining as well as a bar area. The rooms are immaculately clean. Beds are comfy, the location is quiet, staff is very helpful. Overall I will definitely be a returning customer.

There are mini fridges but no microwave inside the room

Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food was awesome

No microwave in the room. Wanted to reheat our leftovers later that night and couldn’t do so. There was a small Frog in the room but it was on the floor so you had to get down on your hands and knees to put or take something in it or out of it.

Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was wonderful. We only stayed for 1 night as we were in town for sporting event for my child. Would definitely stay again. The indoor pool was an added bonus for the kids.
