Just an absolutely amazing oasis of tranquility hidden in the jungle

The menu whilst limited promised more selections that were not available. We were surprised that we could only be offered ice cream for dessert.

The temazcal was fantastic and the location in the middle of the jungle. The onsite cenote was a pleasant surprise. Chef Luis gets an 11 out of 10 for the amazing octopus he served us. Grounds were lovely and peaceful.

A little expensive and having to order food and water onsite adds up quickly. It felt a bit disingenuous that the credit card machine doesn't allow you to pay in dollars, but the pricing per booking is in USD and is translated to Mexican Pesos at a terrible rate. Does not seem fair and they were not able to resolve this for us during our stay.

The quality of our stay was off the charts wonderful. The staff, Nancy, Mena, Katia, Ester went above and beyond to assure us every comfort. I have traveled extensively and this is our favorite stay ever. If you are looking for a peaceful, restorative and excellent quality, gtrat food and drink this is your destination hotel. If, however, you want a party atmosphere and many activities this would not be for you. We had a bubble with the bathtub which I recommend for the extra space, bath robes and location. Though their menu is a bit limited, e ery single thing we ate was delicious. We stayed for 7 nights and would return in a heartbeat.

The Oom Bubble experience in the jungle was nothing short of enchanting. Nestled amidst the verdant foliage, the bubble offered a tranquil haven where we could truly reconnect with nature. But what made our stay truly remarkable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff, including the ever-kind Nancy, Neva, and Este, who made us feel like cherished guests from the moment we arrived. Each day began with the tantalizing aromas of the chef's expertly prepared dishes, which not only delighted our taste buds but also added a touch of elegance to our dining experience. From gourmet breakfasts to sumptuous dinners, every meal felt like a culinary adventure, further enhancing the feeling of being welcomed into a warm and inviting home. And as we woke up each morning to the serene quiet of the jungle, greeted by the soft glow of sunlight filtering through the bubble walls, we couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment wash over us. It was a truly magical experience to peer out at the natural wonders of the jungle, feeling completely at peace in our little bubble sanctuary. Together, the exceptional staff, delectable cuisine, and serene surroundings made our stay at the Oom Bubble feel not just like a vacation, but like coming home.

Fantastic unique experience that was the highlight of our trip!! Very clean, beds comfortable, grounds are gorgeous and well cared for and become a magical experience at night. There is an on site Cenote that was so beautiful!! The bubble is air conditioned and situated very private so you feel all alone. All of the staff is so welcoming, kind and attentive. The open air restaurant served the most delicious fresh meals. Breakfast was a favorite! A perfect place to go for quiet and relaxation and have a massage if you would like. Walk to more Cenotes nearby and we even saw several Monkeys in the wild. There are several Jungle Adventure activities close enough to drive to if you have a car. LOVED the OOM Bubble Boutique and hope to visit again sometime!

Everything is outstanding. The personnel is very welcoming and warm, the bubbles offer all comforts and luxuries, very well organised and practical. Also possibly one of the most comfortable mattress and pillows I've experienced so far. You have your own extra-private space including a jacuzzi. But of course the beauty of it is being immersed in the jungle and just chill on your own bed while enjoying the stunning nature around you. Food is also very good.

The stairs to the cenote are very steep, may be challenging for non-athletic people.

Easily the best place to stay if you are in Quintana Roo. It is too bad that we only had two nights booked, but it was the best hotel experience we've ever had. The breakfast was simply amazing and rich. The restaurant was really delicious. They also had a private cenote which was a great addition to the overall experience. I would highly recommend having a rent-a-car if you are staying here, as this is the only convenient way of transportation (in Quintana Roo in general). We would definitely stay here next time we are in Quintana Roo.

Very nice place that I would definitely recommend if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the area. It is a little paradise with very sweet staff and of course a very cool experience in the bubble. Also really nice food, awesome private cenote and cute (but cheeky) cat named Marco. Tip: due to the pressure of the bubble, air is continuously pushed into the sink drain, which you can hear. This is easily remedied by just closing the plug.

The lighting outside of our bubble prevented a full blackout jungle experience. It would be better if you could turn them off yourself.

This adults only property is located not too far from Puerto de Morelos, however, it is in the jungle and not close to any other sites. The Wi-Fi can be slow at times, and we did ask for a router to be placed in our room as we could not connect at first. The standard bubble is comfortable, but better suited for a couple, as the washroom is not separated by any kind of closed door. Both in the shower and the toilet are on the other side of the sink and counter behind a cement pony wall if that is super comfortable, and the bubble is air-conditioned. However, if you are woken up by the morning sun, I would recommend bringing I shades, and you should expect that your clothes will be damp, and nothing really dries out in that area. Even the clothes that I didn’t wear, and that were in the suitcase were slightly damp after we left. The property provides lots of 10 shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The private pool, while private, did have a fair amount of debris after a couple days as they don’t seem to clean it out from day today. The bubble is surrounded by thatched wall or fencing, so your area is completely private to the other bubbles, and is surrounded by a small amount of jungle. the bubble itself can get quite humid due to the heat, but the air conditioning does work to a degree. The food is lovely, but we may have found it repetitive if we stayed more than a few days. The 7-pool cenote is close by and within an eight minute walking distance. It is best suited for a couples on a romantic retreat, but was fine for my girlfriend and I as we just wanted to unwind from the stress of everyday life. I’m glad we only booked for a few days as it is quite secluded and getting to the town would’ve been about a 20 minute taxi ride each way.

Spotty wifi from time to time - the spinning circle was driving us crazy - that being said, it is in the jungle, and we didn’t expect to have great connection in any case. The only other thing I would say is that the lighting in the bathroom is very dim and putting on any make up at night was an adventure.

Truly a unique and unforgettable experience in the jungle. You’re instantly spoilt and made welcome with a arrival drink and the grounds just ooze relaxation. The bubbles are extremely comfortable and totally private. You can even see toucans flying above you from your bed! Treating yourself to a hot bath under the stars is a must-do! The on-site cenote is fun to jump into and the pool is very refreshing. Mena at the restaurant/bar is so lovely and was one of our highlights as she made our day each morning and was extremely attentive and kind. The breakfast included was also delicious! The location is super remote which makes your stay feel like a total escape but there are 7 bocas cenotes just a short walk away if you want to explore, they’re worth it!

We found that the food was quite overpriced and they haven’t quite found their style with the menu yet so some dishes could be improved. If you don’t have a car, you’re tied to the restaurant for lunch and dinner so it can be quite a pricey bill at the end. The bubble could also feel a little damp in the mornings but that might have been because we didn’t have the AC cold or hot enough, we weren’t sure!
