Stayed 2 nights in a standard double room. Friendly, helpful staff and hotel was modern and clean, as was our room. Loved the space, comfortable bed, and bathroom which was nice and bright and had a shower with screen, overhead rain head as well as a hand held one. The shower also had a shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser. Tv came with a huge selection of channels, including some English ones, YouTube and Netflix. We had to seek help though to use the controller, which was different to what was in the instruction manual. Didn’t have or see anyone having breakfast so can’t comment. Location was perfect, with the bus (sorry can’t recall the no.) from the KTX dropping us off about 100 metres away, a 7/11 close by, within walking distance of most sights, and a flat 1.3 km to the Express Bus Station. We caught a taxi there for KRW4,000. Would definitely recommend the Hotel.

In a great location to walk to the sights in town and an easy walk to bus stops to travel to sights further away from town as well as to and from the intercity bus station ( in town ) or the train station ( a bit further out of town). Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was modern and a good size. Option to pre order a breakfast at 3,000 Korean won per person was useful and with juice and coffee/ tea available as well as cereal, yoghurt, toast,boiled egg and a small portion of fruit it was good value and saved time in the morning. We were greeted every time we entered the hotel and we had a lovely chat with some of the hotel staff and they were happy to help out such as an extra pillow and luggage storage.

-Lobby- 1) nice, bright, big. 2) nice restroom. 3) f&b vending machine. 3) water dispenser. -Staff- 1) friendly, courteous & helpful. 2) left my luggage after check out with room number tagged to it in a storage area. -Room- 1) like a 4 star hotel. 2) toilet bowl high quality. 3) hair brush & roller individually packed. 4) bathroom gowns individually packed. 5) a pack of necessities like toothbrush, etc. 6) big & small towels. 7) remote controller controls aircon, tv and lights! 8) 2 pair slippers & a shoe horn. 9) few packs of coffee & brown rice green tea. 10) disposal cups & stirrers. 11) kettle. 12) mini fridge. 13) 2 mineral water bottles. 14) a lazy chair.

Young Woo at the front desk is outstanding! A wonderfully warm, hospitable welcome with a big smile. This phenomenal man really understands how to treat guests and will go above and beyond for you. Perfect English as well! Thank you so much Young Woo! Stayed in a standard double room. Was super clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Fantastic TV, with so many English channels and movies! A beautiful art gallery and relaxation area downstairs! Strong wifi, great rain shower! Great location, quiet, with a 7/11 right next door. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel is modern yet very warm and cozy. The gentleman at the reception checking us in was extremely sweet and welcoming. The property is better in person and the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The tv in the room has YouTube and Netflix. The location is fantastic. Cafés and restaurants are just walking distance as is the local transport. Overall an extremely pleasant experience. Would love to come back and stay again.
