Great customer service. We checked in at noon, there was a slight issue with our room, without hesitation the staff upgraded us and we were in our new room by 1pm.

Kitchen was adequate, bedroom sizes were good.

The beds were the only thing that appeared clean. The kitchen floor had food and drink spots on them, there were M&M's on the floor, so they couldn't have vacuumed very well, the upstairs bathroom toilet was disgusting if you see the picture I uploaded you will understand, my 72 yr old dad used a toilet brush and cleaned it. We gave my mom and dad the king size bed but when they went to lay down the bed was so hard my mom who has fibromyalgia had to sleep with a bunch of pillows under her because the bed was sooo hard. Living area was so dark because of dead light bulbs. Our place slept 11 but only enough seating in the living room for 6....it was disproportionate. Be prepared for lots of stairs. If anyone in your party are physically weak or have health issues you probably should specify that you need a place that is easily accessible.

I liked that I had a roof over my head. That’s about it.

It was filthy. It was apparent it hadn’t been cleaned because the carpets were not vacuumed, toilets were black inside the bowls, floor was filthy with food from the previous occupant, I could go on and on.

not ski in/out as advertised as trails closed. no shuttle service to ski trails poor road snow clearance/maintenance wet wood supplied for fireplace all wet. not burnable

booked in-out property, but end up with 10 min drive old-really old condominium. The third bed room was not a bedroom but a den.
