The Front desk clerk Rama has and is a very polite young woman who is always willing to make the accommodations for our stay comfortable. I appreciate her friendliness and respect.

Mattresses could be flipped over to even out the wear on them. For the most part they are comfortable, but I have back pain and some of them are uneven and causes pain if I sleep on the wrong side.

The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I'm in a wheelchair and booked a handicap king room for 1 night. We decided to extend our stay, however the room was reserved. Our wonderful front desk host, Sarah, contacted the incoming guests and verified that that particular room was not required and then upgraded them to the king suite! Just to accommodate us... 🤟🤗 Thanks, as always. We always stay here when we're in Colorado Springs.

I wish they would have colored comforters on the bed. The connecting rooms ideally should have foam seal and a bottom sweep on the door for sound insulation.

Very clean, staff is very helpful and will make most accommodations if you ask, shower was hot, no stains, clean toilet, bed was comfortable. The best part though, the size!!! The rooms for a king bed is GIGANTIC!!! There is also an individually wrapped bar of soap and cups, towels, a mini fridge, bucket for the ice machine in the lobby, tons of food places to eat, Air Force Academy is just around the corner, literally. Not a bad spot to stay for a bit. PETS STAY FREE! PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER THEM THOUGH BECAUSE IT KEEPS THINGS NICE OUTSIDE

The housekeeping crew doesn't speak very much English (they all said that when I asked questions in English), when I switched to Spanish, they were very helpful in answering my questions and getting me supplies like towels and TP. No microwave, water pressure could use a little work, tv is small and outdated but watchable with Xfinity cable.

The staff are always there to accommodate my needs. Front desk clerk carried my belongings in for me as it was late when I checked in. 11:50pm. Rama is always very professional in her position. The staff is always pleasant and makes me feel important.

The staff at the motel are friendly and professional and always accommodate me in my stay.

I kept finding Rollie pollies in the room. Ground floor room and they come in through the door. So that’s to be expected.

Manager ran my card BEFORE checkin, even tho when I arrived to check in I brought the card I would use. The reservation said Upon arrival...bring your card. So, my reservation was cancelled with no notification and without adhering to policy posted in reservation. I needed the reservation so I had to rebook on the spot at a higher price. The cancelled reservation was VERY inconvenient and handled poorly.

The view was absolutely stunning. I opened the door and i see mountains every morning. The staff was friendly too. This was actually our second time staying here and I'd come back again. Affordable and pet friendly.

Staff was nice, clean room

We stayed 2 nights they put us on the 4th floor the elevator worked for the first day then it was out of order the rest of the stay being on the 4th floor wasn't good traveling with family. The stairs need to be repaired.

Clean, quiet, serviced every day. Hot water, good water pressure

Sink clogged, slow drain, people with dogs didn’t clean up dog poop.

i loved that the staff was super friendly and patient. There house keeping does an excellent job on keeping the rooms clean, and of course the rest of the place. They do not charge for deposit or pet dep as well.
