The hosts were both very friendly. The room was big and clean. The bed was big and also comfortable. The Aircon was quiet and without strange smell. The breakfast was great, fresh and enough choices. They have a big garage where we could leave our bicycles overnight without worry. Even the guesthouse is on the main road, it was quiet and we had a nice sleep after we closed the windows.

1/ The cleaning staff forgot to prepare the towels and didn't clean the shower cabin completely. There were still hairs and soap scum from the previous guests in the shower cabin. 2/ In the morning of check-out day, the cleaning staff opened our room door without knocking the door in advance. We both got shock when she simply opened the door. It was around 9am. It's far away from the check-out time.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect for our hikes, and the room was spacious, clean, and great value for money. Although we couldn’t enjoy breakfast most mornings due to our early starts, we did on the last day, and it was delicious. All the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, even serving us freshly made pancakes at the breakfast. Every evening, we found homemade cakes waiting for us in our room, it was perfect after long hiking days. We’ll definitely return during our summer trip!

Large clean and quiet room.

Bar was only available for short time whilst we had dinnner and despite offering G&T on the drinks menus they had no tonic! Staff helpful and polite but would do better if they smiled more to make guests feel at home and really welcome…

this was a stopover from Germany to Italy , and was just perfect. beds comfortable, I liked the quirky use of wood . the bathroom well sized, after a long day we decided to eat there and the food was unfussy but very good . breakfast was very good. but what made this place so good was the young student who has a seasonal holiday job before going to university, she was charming, just lovely

there is a quite busy directly in front of the hotel and although we slept perfectly well it may be noisy in high summer with windows open. having said this don’t be put off it was great in all ways

Exceptionally clean property, very spacious and well decorated with a lovely on suite. Dinner was superb, the best caprese salad I’ve ever eaten.

The lady who owns and runs the pensione could not have been kinder. She took genuine interest in what we were doing and made suggestions to better our stay. Exceptional.

Clean and recently renovated rooms. Beautiful views! Breakfast was great and staff really welcoming. Grocery shop and restaurant convenient walking distance away.

The stay was amazing! The rooms are very clean and have a modern design with a lot of attention to detail. Views from the rooms are breathtaking. The homemade breakfast is like eating at a bakery. Would recommend it to everyone. Kind regards to the hosts that made us feel at home.

This is a gem. The family were so helpful and kind. Lovely rooms, spacious, and pretty garden. The chef was ill and the nearest restaurant was closed, and the owner cooked us a lovely supper. We'll be back!
