Norbin Farm is the perfect rural location for exploring Bath, Cheddar & surrounding areas. The room was spacious, clean and well thought out. Gill met us upon arrival and had fully stocked the fridge full of food for breakfast: bread, butter, eggs, sausages & bacon, cereal, fruit, yogurts & juice. She made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. She had already sent us recommendations for places to eat & visit and none disappointed. We couldn't recommend Gill & Norbin Farm more and will most definitely be back.

What a lovely host and awesome place to stay at! Perfect accommodation and another extremely comfortable bed during my vacation, I picked the perfect Farm to stay. The fridge was not nicely stocked with fresh products and ingredients for breakfasts for my stay but also fresh fruit basket and bread provided. Gill was very welcoming and helpful with information about local sightseeing places etc., I even ended up at „Harry Potter“ filming locations. Thanks for a memorable stay!!!

Lovely room with all the facilities we needed. No noisy neighbours, and there was a beautiful view (especially early morning and sunset). The host was lovely, welcoming and made it clear that we could come to her for anything. The location means that we had a short drive to Bath (Christmas market), to Lacock village and abbey, and we used it as a base to explore these and further into the Cotswolds.

It is hard to fault our stay at Norbin Farm - we had a small issue with the Wifi, but the host was happy to help and sorted the issue very swiftly. The issue wasn't her fault afterall, and it made very little difference to how much we enjoyed our stay.

Gill was unbelievably generous with her time and resources. The cottage was super sweet & clean. Beautiful views of the farm by the windows, peaceful, and the fresh produce in the fridge to make your own breakfast was a really special touch that really made the experience. I also fell deeply in love with the farm cats- especially Miss confident Wendy. Look forward to returning xx

Norbin Farm is ideally located 20 minutes from an abundance of places to visit, quite a few National Trust properties, including Lacock and Stourhead. There are also Gardens, Canals and Rivers to explore, and not to far away is the city of Bath or the town of Corsham I was greeted by Gill Hillier, the owner (and a very nice person) who showed me to my accommodation. The room was very comfortable, a small kitchenette in one corner with ample provisions, if I ever needed any more food, milk etc. I’d just ask Gill. The ‘bathroom’ had a shower with a biggish door, which is always a good sign for us larger built people, too many times I’ve stayed at B+B’s/Hotels and have had trouble trying to fit into the tiny shower cubicles. Outside there was a small table and a couple of chairs, there was also seating at a communal patio area with views across the countryside.

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave at the end of my stay. But I do hope to stay at Norbin Farm again in the future.

Gill is the most beautiful person and she welcomes her visitors with warmth and kindness. My little suite was absolutely perfect. I was able to make myself breakfast from the food she provided which was excellent! I loved being on a farm away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. However, it was close enough to Bath and Stonehenge that I visited both in one day. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was.

Nothing… it was perfect!

We really liked the price, the location, the beauty and cleanliness of the property, the fact that it had a kitchenette and a patio which overlooked the countryside with good Wi-Fi. The host was particularly friendly and helpful to us. There was a personal welcome letter on the dining table informing us of some details about the property e.g. using the radiators and about the food provided in the fridge, etc. The booking.com app is excellent. It allows for communications to the host if required (such as ETA changes, etc) and the host can send back messages regarding places of interest in the area, transportation links/maps/etc. Fantastic place! Definitely returning here!

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Nice and spacious, the kitchen area had everything we needed! The breakfast was very good too excellent quality! And the host was very friendly and went above and beyond to make pur stay as good as possible!

No real big complaints tbh! The table at one end was a little bit wobbly and the TV perhaps wasn't in the best position as when your in bed it sometimes struggled to get the remote to connect to the TV! Very minor things overall our stay was lovely!

This apartment was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in and we go away a lot, thank you Gill for making our stay so comfortable , when we arrived there was a well stocked fridge with everything we needed for our stay from the local farm shop , also the apartment had everything else we needed for our self catering stay , it was spotlessly clean and comfortable , in an ideal position to vist all around the cotswolds, and with a beautiful outlook over the countryside. Thank you again !

We were travelling without a car and everything worked properly. You can take the bus which is a 10 minute walk away easily to the city of Bath. The property was really quite and clean and we did really enjoy our stay.

The only thing that did not work as ideal as expectet was the arrival. We did get asked for our arrival time but unfortunately we did not see anyone around as we arrived. It was not that bad because we then did found someone who showed us our room but we did expect it different.
