Wonderful stay with a very helpful manager The manger was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even on short notice. I had a medical procedure at a nearby hospital, and he kindly allowed us a late checkout at no extra cost, which made a big difference.The room was comfortable, and had everything we needed for the night. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and smooth communication. Would definitely stay here again!

The toilet seat could have been a bit cleaner as it was slightly stained, and the doona could have been abit thicker given it's winter.

I have disability issues and was issued a room upstairs because the other rooms were occupied. On arrival I contacted the manager who then took all my luggage up to the room and that allowed me to negotiate the stairs using the hand rails The next morning the manager then moved me to a down stairs room which was wonderful. I had contacted the manager thar morning if she could stop at a place and buy a few food items which she was happy to do on her way to work if the truth be told it's the staff that make a stay memorable. The room didn't provide a place where my luggage could be stored off the floor in the second room I put the outside table and a seat provided for smokers inside for this purpose .now the room was perfect.

after having dropped our car off, and wondering where the shops were located, the staff, took us to the shopping area, and collected us again after a couple of hours. This, aspect for us, was fantastic, and old fashioned help, which is not around these days. Give them over 100% and will definitely be back again.

My only issue, was we were hacked while using Booking.com, on two occasions. I have since ascertained, and did see it on Australian TV, that others had been victims as well, not only customers, but also the hotels, and motels. More security needed if we are to continue using booking .com site.

a very modern motel, the room and whole place felt new. good wifi and parking. large shower and balcony with the room. a quite place, didnt hear much from other guests or the major road near by.

the signage was a bit hard to see. hard to get food deliverly to the motel and there was a car in the service road that appeared to have been broken into making me feel like the neighbourhood wasnt as safe as could be,

This was a last minute booking for a night' stay before an early morning flight the next day. I was contacted by the property with clear check in instructions (I checked in after 8pm). Onsite parking was great, room was easy to find. The room was super clean and toasty warm, the perfect welcome on a cold winter's night. Bathroom was clean and spacious, great prep space for long haul travel. Key left in the box near the reception at 3am.

If the bed wasn't so comfy I wouldn't have slept so well and struggled to wake up for my flight! :)

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Beds were really comfy room was very clean liked the balcony. All round great priced and great stay with great location. And complementary later checkout was really nice thankyou

Room was a little small but not too bad for what we needed. Would have been great if there was breakfast option but maccas delivery not far. Restaurant nearby lazy joes nice food. Maybe could have used two of the toiletry body wash as there wasnt alot in one little tube for two people. Some tissues also

Such a comfortable bed! Had such a lovely stay, the room was quiet, it was close to eateries as well as servos for 24hr convenience. A big thankyou to the staff, I checked out at 10am and wasn’t flying out till 7pm that night, the staff was so kind to let me leave my carry on luggage there so I didn’t have to lug it around Melbourne CBD all day, as well as very friendly and welcoming.

I booked in a hurry after my flight and a bunch of others were cancelled. I had to find something relatively cheap, and close to the airport. I wasn’t sure what I was going to get but it was only for one night. Upon arrival, I thought this looks ok, boy was I about to be surprised! The front desk attendant was very welcoming and quick to check me in. I made my way to the room and once I entered I was very surprised, the room was beautiful, it was clean, nicely decorated and had everything I needed. I really couldn’t believe this was a motel!

We loved the space and how perfect it was. The beds were absolute dream n most definitely comfy. Tho it was only one night,my kids and I enjoyed our stay and location was the best. Close to shops n airport. Definitely booking again💯on our nxt trip. And the staff are the best, absolutely lovely. Thankyou for making our stay comfortable 💯🙌

The room with two single beds was perfect for a one night stay with my friend. The location was perfect, only a 5min drive from Gladstone Park secondary college where we had a dance competition early, saved us from having to wake up at 5 to travel from Geelong!

The bathroom was very spacious however the design of the shower caused the water to travel outside of the curtain, but this may have only been in this room because of accessibility which is totally fine and understandable. I would have liked there to be a toaster but I ran out of time to have breakfast anyway.
