-Lovely quiet beach location -friendly staff -good dining nearby if you're willing to walk a bit. -Not the prettiest beach on the island but isolated from a good hunk of the drunken yobbos elsewhere -lovely sunsets -I did not use the pool but it was a nice little area if you're there with kids/don't like swimming on the shore -lots of shade provided in/around beach

-long streets up to main road are VERY dark but you're more or less stuck hiking up to the main road unless you have a scooter or want to pay inflated cab prices -more cushions (and/or thicker cushions) for the beach chairs would be nice. -My room backed directly onto the kitchen of the resort next door so it wasn't very quiet while they were in dinner making mode but it closes at a reasonable time so I was never being kept awake

The property was very peaceful and I appreciate their eco conscious approach. The gardens were beautiful and the pool was nice. I would prefer the pool closer to the beach but that’s not a big deal. The beach is lovely and quiet, the water is quite shallow so not ideal for swimming but nice to walk and sit in. I appreciated that the staff kept the beach clean. I also enjoyed laying in the hammocks, they are a nice touch. There are some gorgeous sunsets that can be enjoyed on the beach. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The two hotel dogs are cute, particularly Pitta who loves to swim.

A few small things could be done to improve the place. The day we checked in the reception guy seemed a bit grumpy and wasn’t very helpful, and he didn’t mention any of the hotel facilities (gym area, stand up paddle board) and we would have liked to use them had we known. The lounge chairs on the beach could do with new cushions, and a few more chairs would be good. Having somewhere to wash your feet after the beach would be ideal. And when you leave the room all the electricity, including the plug ins, stops. This is frustrating as things can’t be charged unless you are in the room. The plug ins aren’t designed the best either, and are hard to use as they are so close to the light switch. Lastly, we weren’t given a hand or face towel.

Friendly paradise, nothing too much trouble. Massage place next door excellent. Great home cooking in kitchen with combination Thai & Western food all delicious. Air conditioned, cleaned well, beach cleaned and raked daily, kids toys and pool area funky. Great for the price. Lots of tips for where to go and taxis etc. arranged quickly even got signposted to an excellent nanny! Close to interesting temples and Phangen Elephant sanctuary. Peaceful not too near nightlife (not too far for those who going to the parties which hotel can arrange). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Option for breakfast to be included (pre-paid) would be good. Kettle in room would be good (though kettle water available and drinking water available 24/7 in restaurant). Shower in room 3 was bit basic. Of note it’s a side sea view for beachfront rooms.

On beach. Staff was very pleasant. 15 minute walk to restaurants, bars, night market, and other facilities. About 20 minutes max to Full Moon Party. Costs 150 B per person for trip to ferries or the Full Moon Party. Fairly long beach to walk.

Not much. Just depends on where you want to be or and if you choose to rent a ride or use a taxi. No Grabs on this island but good taxi service.

Great location right on the beach. Cruisy vibes at restaurant. Cute little rooms. Easy walk to shops and restaurants if required. The staff were lovely.

Nothing. Would go again as I enjoyed to.relaxed atmosphere compared to Haadrin. Pool was OK for a dip.but not somewhere you would want to hang out at. But then again why would you with the ocean right there.

Great bungalow right on the beach, hammocks and sun loungers on the beach were great! Room was perfect size for two and we had a really comfortable stay

On the day of our arrival we had a really nice man greet us and get us checked in, however he was gone for the rest of our stay and the other person dealing with reception wasn’t the friendliest, seemed really bothered by any questions we had. The A/C didn’t work amazingly and I’d say it’s in need of a service.

Lovely & very relaxed bungalows on the beach.. beautiful sunsets every night. Pretty good food at the on site restaurant at very reasonable price. Excellent staff always serving with a smile.

Would be nice if breakfast was included. Also there were a lot of ants and bugs inside the bungalow. Shower / toilet room could be refreshed.

We really enjoyed our stay at SeaEsta beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Location is right on the beach and very quiet and relaxing. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. It is a 10 minute walk to the road where there are restaurants and shops. It does say that they only accept cash as payment, however they kindly allowed me to do a revolut transfer as payment. Would definitely recommend SeaEsta Beach for a quiet, relaxing stay in Koh Phangan

I can’t fault the property. It is unfortunate that you can’t swim in the sea as it is too shallow but the beach is still so nice to walk and lie out on

Lovely location like many in this area. If it’s quiet you want then this is ideal. It has a pool and yoga area to the rear. A bar and sun-beds to the front. Great sized umbrellas on the beach to offer shade. Free green tea and coffee making facilities at the bar, plus water refills. Walk up-to main road about 5-10mins. 7 Eleven handy on road plus a great eating place that has many stalls. (located just after the Kings archway across the road) Lovely staff, very chilled atmosphere.

Some weird towels that didn’t dry you at all. Had to ask for some others which did work. I didn’t mind tea making facilities at the bar, though I know some people prefer them in their room. I would have liked some black tea on offer.

Comfortable beds and we loved the tasty free coffee and tea. Our kids also apriciated the beach toys and the pool. Very nice and service minded younger Thai man working in the reception, often during daytime.

Older man working in the reception was mostly abit grumpy. They had yoghurt, granola and fruit to order but our daughter only wanted the yoghurt and fruit, but that couldn't be fixed, would have been the same prize he said. The yoga outdoor space could need a lift, but we did apriciate, and used it frequently.
