Gorgeous pool and gardens. We had dinner at Harrisons onsite restaurant, and the service and food was exceptional. The interior seems quite dated and nothing special, but was still a lovely place and the staff were all very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
I think it is quite expensive for a slightly dated property by comparison to other places we have stayed. Around $600 a night and the rooms and bathrooms were pretty average. The shower for example was in a bath with a shower curtain. No separate toilet and the ensuite had a 1980’s style louvre door.

We loved our stay, our room was a nice big size, the twin sinks in the bathroom a winner also. The staff were friendly and very professional. The breakfast was incredible.
The bluestone tiles around the pool got extremely hot and I actually burnt the bottom of both feet and blistered quite badly, a warning sign may have been helpful! Such a large, beautiful property but no specific walking track that we can use, the Golf carts had more right of way than pedestrians, also not allowed to walk under the bridge/road to walk into town on the other side of the road as not permitted only golf buggies so we had to walk on the road and the round about which seems wrong and dangerous.

The large lagoon was absolutely awesome to swim in and the room was lovely
We loved the resort but may not come back again or recommend because of the private events at the resort, because the band level of noise was unacceptable. We had the tv up to 35 and we could still hear the music. Very unacceptable as this is a resort and people are staying in it. You should decide if you are a resort or a event place. I felt so sorry for the families that were there as they would not have been able to get their babies or children asleep. Went on till 10.30pm

The entire property is a feast for the eyes, although the beach was windy, it didn't matter as the property is set up perfectly to block any of it out and have you fully immersed in beautiful greenery and plant life! The lagoon goes on forever, if one area is busy or filled with kids there's plenty of other spots you can find somewhere to sit and relax and have food and drinks brought to you. Our room was beautiful and huge overlooking the lagoon! the turn-down service was excellent and the amenities were lovely, loved all the little items we got in our bathroom too + robes and slippers, always a nice touch.
Being our honeymoon we were excited for the swim up pool bar but couldn't relax there as there were school aged kids splashing about the drinks area which we found interesting ( we do love kids, just not the place for them i think) The breakfast buffet was truly delicious and there are so many options however at $48 per head we only decided to eat there once as it was just too much for breakfast! meaning many people try to over-fill to make it worth the cost.

The staff and service was exceptional. Especially the in room dining staff, lagoon house pool bar and room cleaning staff. Check in and check out were easy and efficient. Room service billing’s and payments very transparent.
I thought communication about the weekly events such as pool Zumba or yoga could have been communicated on the resort app not just foyer screens. There was one morning I think Wednesday 26 June or Thursday 27 June where we were woken by the gardening blower vac at 6am or 6:30am. We felt this was too early. There didn’t seem to be a bathroom exhaust fan switch in our bathroom. It got very steamy due to the double shower. Found the in room laundry services a bit excessive for basic items such as socks and underwear.

The tropical gardens are really beautiful and the pool is also lovely.
The ironing boards need to be replaced. They’re extremely tricky to open without injury. Having to pay to use the poolside cabanas. Having to stand in a cue for up to half an hour to get a table for breakfast because they only open one restaurant and you can’t book. Some days we had to contact housekeeping for towels because they didn’t leave fresh ones when cleaning the room. We were told this was because they were short of towels, which is not the fault of housekeeping, but pretty inexcusable for a 5 star resort.

Wonderful resort with so many pools to choose from, we went in March-April and it was empty so we always found chairs and an umbrella to sit under. The staff were accomodating, the drinks were good, our room was massive, plus the resort is so beautiful with lots of flora and fauna.
I didn't like the sandy areas (but that's mostly personal preference) and the sand travelled to other areas like the cabanas (which were super expensive). The food at the hotel isn't great and it costs $8pp 1-way to get a shuttle to town (we tried walking it once and suffered in the heat).

Our stay was absolutely beautiful. All staff were very attentive and so friensly especially to our son. Buffet & grounds were stunning & location is amazing. Will definately be coming back hopefully sooner rather than later! Special mention to George, he was a highlight of our breakfast every day as he was so friendly and warm to our son Roman. A little upset we didnt get to say goodbye! Cannot wait to come back!
The only minor complaint i have is on 1 day the housekeeping didnt refill our toilet paper & towels.

Great resort everything you need for a short holiday. Our room had pool access and that was great. Breakfast was really good anything you like to eat for breakfast they had, also there is a cook to make the eggs to your liking. It was our anniversary I have only mentioned to the gentleman at the reception the next day we found a bottle of champagne and strawberries in chocolate that was really lovely.Overall great place I will definitely stay again at Sheraton Grand Mirage.

The facilities,
The check in was extremely slow considering all of your details are already in the system, this needs to be improved. The room was rather noisy from the hall side with noise from everyone in the hall and when they entered or exited their room and the door shut. Very loudly. It came straight through the door. You had to get out of each pool to get to the next one. To get to the swim up bar we had to exit 3 pools. The bar staff in the swim up pool were friendly however very slow. The wait time for meals at the Feast was very slow. The overall cost was rather expense but worth it, however, prices for drinks and cocktails well over priced considering the cost of the room.
