I felt like a resident who came home to his one bedroom apartment every night. I loved it and in fact when I go to Auburn again I will book my stay there. I also developed a new name for the hotel...."Auburn in-Suites". It didn't feel like I had a room, but a suite.

The water pressure for showering was very low. It occurred during different times of the day. Some times at night, in the morning, and during the day. I also wish the bathtub/showers were fitted with a shower head hose to up keep cleanliness of shower area. Shower heads with hoses are used to spray the bathtub/shower clean of hair, soap scum, etc......

The few times I’ve been the staff is very friendly and nice. The woman Kennedy is so nice and she is always helpful not to mention on Valentine’s Day they had my room ready at 11 am in the morning instead of the regular 3 pm check in which was splendid for my plans. Amazing customer service 10/10. Definitely will be booking many many more times

Everything was great for me

Location was awesome- just minutes for Auburn University and the cute downtown area. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The courtyard area was adorable. Accessing the room after check-in hours was very easy and the value could not be beat.

Overall, we were very happy here and would stay here again. We were there for only about 14 hours, so not enough time to really enjoy it.

The onsite manager was great: kind, courteous and welcoming. The facilities were clean, nice and well-maintained. Our room was a nice size, with plenty of room in the bedroom area. Perfect for us and our dog.

The kitchen area was missing utensils, plates, and cups. The in-room coffee pot did not have caffeinated coffee. There was no cream for the coffee.

The staff were very nice. The hotel was new when we stayed in it and you could tell they were still figuring everything out, but they were friendly and accommodating. The GM was super nice to my daughter and talked with her about their favorite music. The room was nice and big and a great value.

The bedding was a little stiff, but could be due to the hotel being so new.

I loved the patio area outside. Great for chilling with friends and family or maybe grilling on a beautiful sunny day.

The only disappointment I have regarding the property is the kitchen utensils. There was one pot in there looks old and rusty.

The room was great for the price. Especially with the full kitchen, living room, separated room with double bed. The front desk staff was very nice and respectful.

I didn't like that it was an open center Hotel. More of an apartment housing for College kids.

Clean, comfortable with great amenities in the room. Two large tv’s, comfy bed and nice bathroom. A small, but nice on site gym with cardio and free weights. The staff was exceptionally kind and couldn’t do enough for you. Would strongly recommend!

Nice separate living room area with fold out couch mini kitchen w stove oven dishwasher frig freezer buy a bag of ice. repeat visitor here very comfortable clean brand new excellent.

Clean, spacious and comfortable.

Not enough towels and they are not replenished for seven days. Also, the kitchen area didn’t appear to be stocked with basic supplies. Pet friendly- not good for those who have allergies.
