It was just perfect. The apartment was more than clean, it was shining, We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. The reservation was made on the spot, the price was the best in town at that moment. The host (the gentleman from the reception) was very nice and open, he did all the required arrangements very fast and we were in our room in no time. We would like to return, as we enjoyed our stay in there very much. PS Even though they say there is no parking, we could park our car in front of the edifice, free of charge, along with other cars. There is also a very nice parking at around 50 m from the location, with very good price per hour.

It was perfect! The apartment was huge, the room was big, clean, the kitchen was equipped and the bed was comfy... 😊 super nice receptionist, welcome us and explain everything and recommend spots to see. There are restaurants, supermarkets and bars within 5 mins walk. There is free parking outside too, we would definitely come back.

There is no drinkable water in the apartment, so bring bottles.

The location is great, town centre is easily accessible by foot. The staff is extra nice and we have been upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival. Free parking is in front off the building

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and you could hear a lot of things happening around the house (water flushing in the upper apartment and such). Kitchen could be better equipped since it is an apartment and not only a room.

The young lady at the reception desk is a gem ! She makes everything possible for you to have a good stay, very effective. I spent 2 nights in 2 different apartments. One was very big, with different rooms but with a street view, the second was smaller but brighter with a nice view on the backyard garden (my favorite). Beds are very comfortable and the area is quiet at night. Free parking available in the (narrow) street. Good value for your money.

The position. Very close to the center. A very quiet environment. The person that welcome us, a very welcoming young manager.

One thing… The city water is not drinkable. Ok that’s fine and understandable… then why the owner does not leave a bottle of water in the room??? The cost is probably around 1€. This is difficult to understand

Great price, close to ferry landing, downtown, Cala Gavetta, and the old paradiso (US Navy housing Rand family care site.

Parking can be a challenge (anywhere on La Maddalena). We did find street parking very close though. The office is hard to find. Google had trouble providing directions. I knew the general area (as we used to live nearby) but the address didn’t work with Google at least one time.

Location, and the ambience, the staff, comfortable stay

Late checkin time which starts 3 pm onwards. As a traveller it’s bad to waste time waiting for checkin to start at 3 pm if you arrive earlier. Also the kitchen missed microwave for heating food. Also the size of cookware was too big to cook for two people.

We had a good experience at AHR Leonis residence in La Maddalena. The apartments were spotlessly clean, and their convenient proximity to town made exploring the area a breeze. I felt incredibly safe during my stay, and the staff made check-in and out easy.

The property didn't resemble the images on booking.com at all, and regrettably, we didn't have the anticipated sea view. As a result, the value for money fell short of my expectations.

Great appartment in the most awesome area. Walk the cool narrow streets to the center in minutes. This appartment was big, bright and with a stunning view from the balcony. We loved our stay...! The woman in the reception was so friendly and helpfull. We will return.

The apartment is very spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped - just perfect to accommodate a 4 members family. The location is grea: right in the old town, a few steps form the restaurants and shops. We loved also the fact that the apartment has 2 teraces (one for the living room and one for the bedroom).

The sofa may need more cleaning attention. A dishwasher will be very useful. We were amazed that the price in the high season is 300% higher than the prices in mid-April.
