The facility obviously has been rennovated, so the facility looks very fresh and modern, albeit a couple of wires were hanging from light fixtures on the main hallway that I assume were being replaced

The bed was a little uncomfortable, Mattress was pretty low and hard. Also, some confusion about the restaurant with some of the food complimentary and a hot breakfast charge for other items. Also, coffee needs to be available immediately! I had to wait 15 minutes before waitress returned with it! I think coffee and other beverages should be served with complimentary breakfast.

It was easy to find and really clean and well lit

The price of a glass of wine could’ve been better and they could’ve stocked some local wine from a smaller company. Should look into Novi Vineyard. They’re wines are delicious.

The lady at the front desk breyana was really nice n pleasant , very knowledgeable about wjat is going on ( i didnt get a chance to rate her but she was awesome) the guy in the morning staff about 9am was very pleasant also and made sure my stay was wonderful

My room.wasnt vacuumed when i arrived and i did not have a privacy ( do not dosturb door knocker in my room i had to ask for it)

Easy access, clean, and Comfortable

this was an incredibly traumatic stay for us. My granddaughter was at UAB intensive care. We came in after midnight on the night that she died I asked that coffee be sent up. 8 1/2 hours later it still did not arrive. in situation like this, all you want to do is just have a coffee get up and go. Staff was Incredibly polite about the situation, but never delivered. The manager did respond and comped me one of the nights.

Location was great for shops and restaurants.

Our room did not have a tub and we had a toddler with us. There was some trash under the couch when we pulled out the sleeper sofa.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. Great bang for buck.

I didn’t like that it seemed to be a charge for everything so I was super cautious about the amenities I used, but other than that I had a great comfy stay.

The hotel was so clean and smelled so nice. Food was pretty good for dinner.

Bed was small. Ok for one person but two people in a double bed would be tight.

Breakfast was good - but pricey. Service was excellent.

I was not offered the senior discount, though it was requested.

Room and cleanliness was great

What I hate is, not breakfast which is cool, but coffee free from 6-7 and then $2.75 a cup. The price of room should at least get u free coffee, don’t u think??

It had a ‘nicer than the average hotel’ feel to everything. Also really liked that the TV had Netflix and YouTube.

I didn’t feel that it was a good value. I could understand slightly higher than average rates for this experience but, for what I paid, I felt that peeling paint on the walls of the room, no microwave, and not enough wow factor was a disappointment. There’s a disparity between the slightly better than average experience and the much higher than average (X2) price.
