Great location, in the middle of the city, a lot of shops near by, lovely roof terrace, free drinking water. They also offered us a free breakfast (not mentioned on the booking website) which was a lovely surprise - rice, sausage, egg and coffee. There is a kitchen that you can use. Quiet at night, ac, hostel inside is modern. Great price.

Room was clean, but i would suggest better cleaning on the terrace and a definitely better cleaning in the kitchen. Cold shower. Staff non existent, we only saw someone in the morning, but a lovely neighbor helped us to check in (keys are waiting on the table, next to the entrance, and you need to leave you key at the table after the check out, so full trust ;) This property is located in the Hipodromo barangay, there is only one road into and out of it, so Ayala shopping mall is 20-25min walking distance. Also, it looks dogy when you are there for the first time, but we felt absolutely safe, you have some shops with all the necessities, bakery etc. This is a small city within the city with a small self-sufficient community.

Friendly staff downstairs with the convenience store. Comparing prices to other places in this price range, I had a good sized room and there is a nice little kitchenette on the roof with a seating area. Also the mall is a short walk away or you can call a Grab for around 150p.

Some people might not like the sounds from the neighborhood like kids playing or music, but it stops around 10pm-ish and people seem to sleep in later in the morning. It didn't bother me much. It's just something to be aware of.

Wonderful stay. Breathtaking rooftop views, accessible kitchen and super helpful staff and owner. The breakfast was really good. The room was also spotlessly clean. Special shout-out to a fellow guest who found my lost wallet and to the hotel staff for their honesty and assistance. I highly recommend this place.

WIFI in my room was a bit weak, but my phone data covered it, so no big deal. No TV, but that was fine since I was mainly using the room for sleeping and showering.

I would rate their service a solid 10 out of 10! All the staff members were incredibly accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and I must say, their dog Max is so friendly—what a bonus! I was pleasantly surprised to find that the location is not only close to the appointment I had at VFS Global, but it also has a convenient store right on the ground floor, so you don’t have to go far for your essentials. Thank you for such excellent service! ☺️

I like their guesthouse since it is cheap to book and there is privacy. One room good for 1 person with airconditioned.

The supply of water during shower..The shower is not good enough to suffice the flow of water during bathing! The location there is no available public transpo during rush hours or late at night. And also the location is not accesible to all kinds of public transportation except for their electric transpo and single motorcycles.

Comfortable room and a small kitchen upstairs. Air conditioning and wifi worked well. Martina in the convenience store was nice and gave me some tips about the city. Lemuel works there as well. He was also always in a good mood and an agreeable person. You can let them know if you have issues and they will try to help.

I very much appreciated the inclusion of a small refrigerator in my room since I need to keep certain meds refrigerated. The room and bed were comfortable. I had an extended stay there and felt comfortable throughout my entire stay. Soon after I arrived, the staff and family made me feel like family. Any concerns I had were quickly addressed to my satisfaction.

Has a hot & cold drinking water dispenser. Good WiFi outside of the rooms. Roof garden perfect place to have a breakfast. Very clean, shiny floors.

Didn't react arrival delay request caused by topical storm Kristine. Should have cancelled and made a new booking but really? Too busy to answer a request made before cancellation deadline? WiFi very weak in the corner room.

The place is right in the middle of the city, which is good as it's very close to the mall and easily accessible and very good price. The room is a bit dark, but I think this is because there is a plastic covering the lights. However, overall it's a good place to stay

The reception did smell pretty bad, which was the biggest turn-off.

Good price, good A/A and clean room, and the staff was super friendly.

The area is not that nice. No windows. We couldn't have breakfast because we couldn't find anyone to ask in the early morning. To go in the neighbourhood, there is 1 way to go in and go out. So, it seems like you are really close to other places, but you aren't.
