Very charming hotel / B&B - well maintained old Palazzio in the middle of Treviso with its own safe parking, great space inside, perfectly clear. Breakfast is also there - it is not very sophisticated, yet warm drink, fruits and tasty cakes. Very clear and timely communication from the lovely owner - before and during the stay. Upon arrival he was giving the suggestions on where to go and to get the best value of Treviso stay. Details, maps, etc. all available for you by arrival. Sleep was also perfect - space of the room overall is great (bigger than most I had before). Calm and curtains are very good to keep the light and the noise away. Great experience.

It is not I do not like this - it was perfectly communicated and clear - yet for the further guests to be considered - the location is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator - so you have to pack light and it is not very easy for someone with trolleys or wheelchair.

The atmosphere of the historic building was superb. We also liked the location, right in the centre, lots of good restaurants nearby. The host was responsive and friendly, ready to give reccommendations. Everything was clean. Very interesting building, and the penthouse room had an unconventional layout while being still comfortable.

Some initial misunderstanding about the "breakfast" in the term "bed and breakfast". Apparently, there was no breakfast included in the price, or so we were told. But eventually, there were still a few sweet breakfast options, coffee and tea, some fruits and cakes... Go figure. Just don't expect any eggs and bacon or full breakfast. Also, there are a few churches nearby, so there are church bells to consider.

What a fantastic place. We arrived almost two hours early, but Simone was kind and welcoming. He showed us where to store our bicycles and where our room was, and gave us a map of the town with suggestions for walking and eating. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and it and the guest areas were all beautifully renovated and decorated. We enjoyed the town; it is so much smaller and quieter than the more touristy Verona, Vicenza, Venice, etc. We highly recommend this property,

Treviso is a great town to wander around and this place is in the old town! Host helped with spot-on recommendations for dinner, drinks and gelati. Clean and quiet good sized room. Car park is off street and secure behind a gate and wall.

Duvet needed to be replaced, it was clumped in places and without padding in others. Minor Fawlty Towers moment when the host didn’t recognise me and asked my wife if she was sneaking someone into the room!

Wonderful welcome. Secure parking, easy to find. Upstairs attic Room spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast, easy walk to old town, supermarket within walking distance, easy rail link to Venice a bonus. Simone could not do enough for us. Highly recommend this place as a great taste of Italian hospitality. Treviso stunning town.

We have stayed there several times over the years and always look forward to it. The building is ancient and imposing, the rooms are large and comfortable, the breakfast room is spacious and charming and the proprietor is helpful and welcoming. The location, just on the edge of the historic centre, is quiet. You can park there too which adds to the charm as otherwise parking in central Treviso can be extremely difficult.

Beautiful property. Real old Italian palazzo. The entrance hall is stunning. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Excellent continental breakfast, including good selection of fruit, yoghurt, muesli and brioches. Rooms are very large, with comfortable beds and good shower. Parking also available, very close to the centre of the old town.

Beautiful and stylish 'palazzo' fairly central in Treviso - easy and secure parking. The owner is very helpful and attentive to details. Very quiet too, so ideal for a good night's sleep or working during the day.

The room is a little dark - but this is totally expected due to the nature of these palazzi built with smaller windows.

An amazing building with spacious apartment and a big common living space that we could use any time if day. Very clean, comfy beds, big bathroom with a stylish environment. The host, Simone was just excellent, very friendly with a great sense of humour, provided us with any type questions we had. Extra bonus is a private parking space in a beautiful garden. The place is very close to the city centre. Treviso is such a beautiful little town and this location is a perfect for visiting the town and the surroundings. Just perfect!

Everything was just perfect.

An authentic old ‘palazzo’ located right in the heart of the historic center. Clean, spacious snd comfortable. The only disadvantage is the lack of an elevator, but the host was extremely accommodating and carried our suitcases upstairs and downstairs.
