the location was fantastic. Quiet room although the doors bang when closing.

They have a weird policy of taking a sum of three hundred euros out of your account and keeping it even when you have paid the full amount of your stay at the reception desk. When you try and calculate how many guests they have in their chain, it must come to a large sum, which in rotation, they have access to in perpetuity. This feels like a scam even though it was explained to me at the desk that such a deposit is an insurance against fraud. I mean who would book a room under a fraudulent card and not turn up. I'm still waiting for the money do come back it my account.

Very nice. Easy going with beautiful rooms.

The first night we were put into a box for a room most likely because we booked with booking.com. So we upgraded ourselves at a rather great expense. The room was wonderful .

The hotel is located in an ideal area, with easy access to major tourist sites, good dining, and some excellent little cafes. The service at the hotel exceeded my expectations. Special shout out goes to the long-haired dude at the bar at night - he is a legend!

I only had one issue with the idiots in the room next door to me being loud at night. 4am...and they are screaming and laughing. I'm not sure if it was on their balcony area or because the walls are thin, but that is the only complaint I have. I did mention this to reception while I was checking out so I hope they spoke with the people in that room...and I hope they received some sort of $$ penalty.

I LOVE this place! I love the decor, the peace, the location, the food, the staff, the views, the comfortable bed, the dressing gowns, the security, the dining room, the sitting area. It’s a dream, this hotel. Couldn’t love it more.

Nothing is perfect! Hole in blanket trim, couple of oddly placed wall sockets (not hard to position them accuarately). Can’t reach gel/shampoo from bath so has to buy some and leave behind. Need these products accessible! Need a kettle in the room and proper sized cups NOT espresso cups! Can’t reach bath taps without getting in bath because glass screen can’t be opened. That is a pain! But lots love showers and I managed! I wish they didn’t close the hotel terrace at 11 pm weeknights!

I would rather tell you what didn't go well. Just to be sure, The staff was great, the location perfect, the facility after I moved my room was as expected.

I upgraded my room for the entire stay (7 days) so I could check in at 10:00 as opposed to 15:00. So far so good, then I heard the construction going on next door. The next morning I woke up to toxic paint fumes (or who knows what) and had to move immediately. The staff was helpful in the move and found another, quieter and nice room which they said was an upgrade (despite) being smaller. I haven't seen my credit card bill yet but I think they reduced the rate for the entire stay, so, like I said, the staff was GREAT.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vincci Soho. The location is perfect, super close to everything in Madrid—we walked everywhere. The design of the hotel is modern and stylish, and our room was really comfortable with a great bathroom. We were lucky to get an upgrade to a room with a balcony and city view, which was such a nice surprise. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. Would definitely stay here again!

The water pressure in the shower was just okay, not a big issue but could be better.

The Vincci Soho was an extremely nice hotel, it was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our European summer vacation. They had a candy bowl at the front desk which was full of good candy, it was a minor detail but made our night since we arrived completely exhausted from a long travel day. The hotel also has a bar which provided us with drinks made to order and a mini bowl of trail mix that was delicious. The room itself was quite dark due to the dark furnishings and dark floors however we did have a small balcony that had we opened the curtains might have provided us with more light in our room. The darkness of the room was appreciated since we were exhausted and able to sleep in due to the darkness.

Nothing.

Everything. First of all, it is maybe the most silent and dark room I've ever stayed. In the first morning we woke up at 9 am and it seems like it wast 3 am, no noise and no light what is perfect when you're coming from a long flight and suffering with jet-lag. The room looks beautiful, is spacious with great bed and good size bathroom. Nice amenities. They have a Nespresso machine and give complimentary chocolate and water everyday. The staff was gentle and efficient either in English or Spanish making checkin and checkout super fast. The location is perfect. You can walk through every Point of interest in central Madrid Area (Prado Museum, Retiro Park, Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Palacio real).... The Parking was very easy to find and park (45º spots) and with a elevator straight to the front desk (it is paid, of course)

Nothing. I totally recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent if you want to enjoy the center of Madrid. The room is small but spotless and modern, and the staff is okay. The hotel does not have airport transportation, as they offer in Booking. If you have a car, hotel parking is 45€/night, and parking outside the hotel will probably be impossible. If you need a taxi or Uber, they can come for you right in front of the hotel door. It's definitely a good choice if you want to be in the middle of the action.

Staff could have a better attitude, even when they did ok.

Perfect location for a quick trip to Madrid. The reception staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. I mentioned my birthday was today, and they so very thoughtfully sent us a beautiful dessert plate decorated so beautifully. It’s small touches like this that would not only make this hotel highly recommended but also, make us return. Thank you.

The rooms are very small and somewhat dated. Our original room was right above the restaurant/cafe and a wedding party was in full swing. I asked to be moved to a quieter room and was accommodated very nicely. The new room was smaller but very quiet. Unfortunately reception rang our room at 5AM to say a cab we never ordered was here. Not a nice way to start my 65th year, but all was fine.
