The Jivana staff were exceptional! Suzi, Mila and Aji were extremely accommodating and created a truly memorable experience for our family! Nothing was ever too difficult to cater to our large group. The quality of the food was fantastic! We loved the fresh breakfasts, coffee, juices, smoothies and poolside happy hour cocktails with Suzi. The property is a lush tropical sanctuary located in walking distance to Kuta Lombok town and beach. We ate out mostly at the local restaurants for dinner. The staff gave us some great recommendations. The roaming turtles, guinea fowl and coy fish added to the tropical backdrop. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable which are serviced daily. The room service was great too. We loved the outdoor bathrooms! I would highly recommend this resort to families and couples for a relaxing getaway!

We couldn't fault the property! The only disappointment was not being able to swim at the beach in Kuta Lombok as its polluted and littered with plastics and rubbish. It would be such an improvement if the locals maintained the beaches.

Our stay at Jivana Resort was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding hospitality from everyone at the resort. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, making us feel truly at home. The resort itself is a tropical paradise, with stunning scenery all around. One of the most delightful surprises was seeing the guinea fowls and tortoises roaming the beautifully maintained property. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A special highlight was the spa. The team provided some of the best treatments we've ever experienced. It was the perfect way to unwind after exploring the local beaches and surf spots, which are all conveniently close to the resort. The on-site restaurant is excellent, offering delicious meals and the breakfast was a real treat. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented, making each morning a great start to the day. We cannot wait to return to Jivana Resort! It’s a true hidden gem in Kuta Lombok, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and warm hospitality. PS: The hotel offers a great shuttle service to/from the airport and local sights.

A beautiful serene and tranquil setting. Immaculate grounds and delightful bungalows. The rooms were spacious, light and airy with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. The bed linen was divine. The food offered at breakfast was varied, well cooked and beautifully presented. The lunch/dinner menu was just as appealing. The staff were so polite, respectful and helpful. Always smiling and happy. Spa treatments were wonderful. A few minutes walk takes you into the heart of Kuta with a variety of shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

The mattresses on the sunbeds by the pool were in poor condition although they were comfy.

resort is clean and full of greens and has a pond, and even some animals like african chickens and big tortise to spice up the place. we wake up to the sound of chirping birds , chicken crows , peaceful sound of nature. rooms are clean and spacious. staff service is good, my wife has fallen sick in the middle of the night and the staff brought us medicine and also help us call for emergency medical services. he see through the whole process till the doctor leaves.

a lot of mosquitos. resort dont have facilities other than swimming pool. It is also not near beach, it is a 20 mins walk to the beach. other than that not much complaints

The location is just 3 minutes walk from the main road in Kuta, where there are all the restaurants and shops. If you want to go to the beach you have to take a taxi or scooter as the Kuta beach is very dirty. The facilities are great, accommodation very comfortable. Turtles walking around the area are a nice attraction for the kids. Prices of drinks, meals and scooter hire are reasonable.

Just be careful when booking a taxi through the hotel when there are more then 4 of you. We booked a taxi from Bangsal port to the accommodation through the hotel and I requested a 7 seat taxi, because it was 5 of us. Most of taxis in Bali and Lombok are 7 seaters. I specifically mentioned that so far we've always fitted in a 7 seater but was told that for 5 people we can book either minivan or two cars anyway. So we booked two taxis for 500K each as the minivan was more expensive than two cars and we would have fitted in one. (5 people, three suitcases and 1 small wheelchair). I could have saved 500K because on our return journey on the way to the port, we traveled in one car only. On top of that, there are many taxis in Bangsal port that offer transport on the arrival of the boats.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom villa and it was absolutely magnificent. Spacious and very comfortable and the pool was a relief on those hot humid days. The staff there were very friendly and always willing and happy to lend assistance. The grounds were very well maintained and you felt at peace walking through them. Nice to see the guinea fowl and the tortoises. We had one walking toward us on the path leading up to our villa and he would turn at each villa entrance like he was a guard keeping watch. The location is perfect. Central to everything in Kuta. Hire a scooter and literally everything is within 5 minutes from you. We will be coming back to Jivana in November and will be staying longer.

Lovely and comfortable resort. The setting is beautiful with all the tress, greenery and turtles. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The pool area is great and it even has a pool bar. Staff are excellent and so friendly. Special thanks to Agus at the pool bar for his exceptional service. We both had a treatment at the spa and I can say that the reflexology was wonderful and highly recommended. Location is great too- just a short walk from the main street with all the restaurants. Our TV in the room wasn’t working but not a big deal for us. We will definitely be back here for our next stay in Lombok.

Jivana is heaven. We stayed in the private villa with our 3 teenage daughters and we loved everything about this paradise. The peaceful location is still close enough to the restaurants and night life , the breakfast is delicious and abundant - the caring staff, the beautiful gardens and fish ponds and turtles. Easy motorbike ride to all the good surf spots. The exquisite design of the rooms and all the little extras!! I’ve never stayed anywhere nicer than here!! So grateful to have found Jivana. We will be back ☺️

The location is central to shops and restaurants (however we always returned to eat here the food was that good!) grounds are amazing and so well kept, the rooms complete with outdoor bathroom was just beautiful. The spa service provided here was next level; professional and very high quality and excellent value for money. The food was by far the best we have tasted; variety, pricing and presentation was next level. The staff were extremely polite and helpful; we were so thankful to have found this resort and if our itinerary had of allowed for it we definitely would have extended our stay hear. Zero complaints and would totally recommend this resort.

Jivana resort is a very beautiful restful space in amoungst beautiful gardens. From my first entrance to I felt welcomed. Diwa and Dedi are a very balanced mix of funny comedy, kindness and respect for the customer. The kitchen team including the smiling Leni were all excellent. Isna and her incredibly skilled massages were such a treat. And of course Agus, the very talented cocktail barman - wow his espresso martini is best I’ve had! His readiness to engage in great conversation helped me to learn much about Lombok- thankyou
