Starting fron the traditional Jordanian welcoming entrance, to the super friendly Staff. To the big size room, to the decent size nice balcony with the city view, to the calmness, cleaness. I delt with Ibrahim, Hasan mainly, but all others were always smiling. I stayed their during the holy month of Ramadan, Hotel took the responsibility of waking people up to have a free hotel Suhoor. The location of the hotel is great, surrounded with alot of resturants, coffee shops, supermarkets, banks and other services, as if u r in the midtown. I will select them for my next visit.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The view was lovely, the curtains kept the room very dark so I could sleep in, and the location was perfect for what I was doing in the city. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. I used the laundry service and it was very fast, as well. The staff were also very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! The only small issue was that the room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke, but after turning on the AC and airing out the room, I didn't notice it. It was also mostly in the living room area and not the sleeping area thankfully.

It was fantastic experience living in this amazingly comfortable hotel. Room is spacious. The hotel stuff treated me so well that made me feel I was at home, especially Mr Nemer Abood and his nephew. They are quite helpful and nice people. I could not believe that I extended my stay there for two times. Fabulous, strongly recommended. Countless thanks to the friends there. All the best

What a wonderful customer service! Very nice place and great location Mr Mohammed Yousef was very friendly and kept checking if I needed anything. Mr. Nimer was exceptionally delightful and friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay more enjoyable . I would definitely come back to this hotel. Much recommended 👍

Absolutely nothing I can complain about everything was good

The comfort and ease of the facility. Staff were amazing, especially Nimer and emhemmad. By the end of the trip staff felt like they were family. You will not regret staying at balcony hotel.
